Make sure that even if you remove your subscription from your iphone that you also do it in your account. They will renew without authorization.

You should just get Runna

Less features and more expensive than Runna. Just go get Runna.

You'll waste your money and your time with this subpar product.

Terrible customer service

Auto renews. Watch out. They sting you for it.
Hardly ever used it and thought I cancelled after deleting the app. Also it did not register as an active subscription via my apps. Asked for refund and they said no. Do not recommend

Don’t waste your money

This program was a waste of money. When I cancelled months in advance I found out it didn’t go through and was charged for 6 months for a program that didn’t work for me and left me looking for a better program that helped me get through a half marathon. There are better programs out there that cost nothing.

Beware the unethical business practices

I wish I had read the other reviews first - make sure you take a screenshot when you realise the app isn’t worth it and you cancel your (expensive) subscription as supporting evidence… you’ll need it!

This app should be removed from sale in the App Store in Australia - the developers don’t adhere to Australian law, don’t honestly advertise their product, don’t honour attempts to unsubscribe, renew without warning or permission, and dont refund.

There are other, better, cheaper and more authentic apps and app developers out there.

Don’t purchase!

I am giving this service 1 star. I started a membership 1 year ago and quickly learned this app is not a good fit for me. I simply stopped using the app and ate the cost. I was not notified of an upcoming renewal and noticed a charge came across my account today. I reached out to ask for a refund and was told nothing can be reversed and I have access for another year. I am upset because I contacted this company the day I noticed a charge and they say nothing can be done. In this day of subscriptions and customer service this app should have the ability to reverse charges if the customer is unhappy. This is really a junky app with very poor customer service. As I was going through the cancellation process in app, I was offered 50% off my membership if I would keep it but I can’t be refunded!?! Makes no sense - to me that says this company is all about making money and has no concern for customer satisfaction.

Not user friendly & poor customer service help

This app does not sync with my Garmin running watch therefore it became extra work to use. In order to collect running data I would have to take my phone on my run. The subscription for joggo does not get listed under the subscriptions on your phone as they normally would. I was caught out with the “auto renew payment” which is automatically applied to everyone’s purchase and charged for another 6months subscription. I have deleted my account so I have no way to access joggo even though I’ve paid up until March this next year. Customer service are not helpful and refusing to refund me or help me access a product that I have paid for.
Would not recommend Joggo to anyone!! Please be mindful of charges that may occur even after you have deleted your account!

Challenge gets you going…

App has lots of fix ups to get done still but if you keep at it with the challenge and walk more than the scheduled routine to finish the 26mi, you can do it. I walked daily and more than the scheduled number of miles and I was able to complete the 26mi in less than a month. I emailed Joggo and got a response very quickly for my refund. I was asked to provide all the proof images of my subscription and runs which I did and promptly got my refund on my credit card. I was worried because of the reviews but stayed the course with my daily runs hoping to get a positive response to my request which I did. The app and the challenge have definitely helped me get on track for a 5k next spring. Good opportunity to get started.

This is expensive

You need to use it. And cancel you subscription if not

Haven’t tried yet but misleading!

What is with apps misleading by advertising monthly pricing and then charging the full 6 months - a year up front, WITHOUT saying that’s the case. I get you’ve said monthly / yearly but why doesn’t it say right there that’s it’ll all be charged at once - frustrating and VERY misleading.
