App freezes after first run
Not ready for consumers yet, just keep looking for another running app!! Tried using this app a couple of times but could never get more data on my jogging after the first run bc the app would freeze. I contacted support via their app to report a problem and never heard back. After a coach randomly emailed me to check in, around the third week, I inquired about the issues and requested a refund. Since I was outside of the first 14 days of sign up and they were just becoming aware of the issue they wouldn’t issue a refund. App is so glitchy they didn’t even receive my original “report a problem” with in the first 14 days!

Great, but minor issues with app
I love the idea of this app - but they’re are minor issues with the way the app ones.
The notification between activities is a very small vibration that is easy to miss…especially during movement (they did say they are working on it for a future update). When I ran my assessment yesterday, I put my phone in my pocket and it ended the workout…so my assessment is not viable and with it being Sunday, I can’t access it to redo (it goes weekly, and resets on Sunday).
The workouts are legit and I am surprised with how quickly it is helping me get back in shape - I am almost 40, but have (until the past few years) been in great shape. Highly recommend, but it is still a work in progress.

Good start but not ready
I think there is a good premise here but it’s not ready to be out for consumers. I was able to go through all the questions to have my program created but the nutrition side continues to error out. The running program seems decent but I wish it gave verbal prompts during workouts so I didn’t have to constantly check my phone. I actually have a free running app I like just fine and was mostly interested in the nutrition component or I would not have paid for this service. I have emailed with customer service a bit and responses have been prompt but no resolution yet.

Buyer Beware
Do you not, and I repeat do not purchase this app… I read all of the review prior to purchasing and I really wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt. My mistake! From the moment that I paid my annual fee, I have not been able to use the app. When I download it, it asked me to pay again… Issue one. Using their suggestion, I contact their support desk, via email, and a response back is that they cannot locate my profile and can I send them a receipt. I have done just that a dozen times… At least. Their response,Again, is that they cannot find my profile link to the email address, the same one I am using to correspond with them, and they asked me to confirm some random email address that is outside of the US. Three times, I have said that is not my email address my email address is… And I repeat my email address. Twice I have been so frustrated I had just asked for my refund back at 100%… They don’t even acknowledge that request. Again stay away… I believe that I have just donated $66 to this ridiculously inept company!!

Keep your money
Every negative thing anyone has mentioned in reviews is absolutely true. I wish I could give this app negative stars to deter others from throwing away their money. I’m a runner who’s done a marathon and dozens of halfs but after a year of injury and weight gain from the Quar, I wanted to get back on track with nutrition guidance and a plan that would support getting back into training again. I should have known better when there wasn’t a free version or even a trial period. This app is clearly a cash grab, has terrible practical functionality for workouts, and after more than a month, I still don’t have a nutrition plan loaded. I emailed the support address three times and had no acknowledgement over the course of a month. If you can’t support your service, maybe it’s not ready to launch? I paid to be an alpha tester, apparently.
