I am literally obsessed with Tasha’s workouts and I love them even more (if that was even possible?!) now that there’s an app for it!!! best pilates workouts (or workouts in general) that I’ve ever done!
TF Studio is my lockdown saviour
Up until I discovered Tasha’s workout videos, my workout routine was mainly running. As much as I love to run, it wasn’t quite getting me the results I was after so I tried various other workouts until I accidentally stumbled upon Tasha’s YT.
I instantly loved her workouts for their varying lengths, how different they all are and how hard they work me whilst staying true to Pilates.
I’ve been consistently watching Tasha’s videos for 5 months and I’ve managed to tone my body in ways I’ve been failing to do for years (and that I thought would be impossible). I can now do push ups without struggling as well!
I love her direct teaching style, killer workout clothes and holistic approach.

My favorite go-to workouts!
Tasha is an amazing instructor, her classes are so fun and energizing to workout to! She has such a great range of videos from stretches to more advanced Pilates and I love that there’s something to choose for any mood I’m in. She also incorporates breath work in the videos and focuses on the mind body connection. I do a video almost every day and I’m so glad I found her!!

The best workout out there
I have fallen in love with Tashas Pilates ! I love how she encourages “your workout your choice”. She has truly changed my relationship with working out. These small, intentional movements really create strength without feeling as if you’ve killed yourself at the gym for 3 hours that day. Anyone and everyone should try her workouts !

Tash’s workouts are the perfect amount of challenge whilst still being really enjoyable! She is so knowledgable with all these amazing moves that really target those hard to reach spots! I have definitely noticed a difference in my body, it feels leaner and stronger and everyone has been commenting!

Favorite part of my day!!
Since Tasha launched her virtual studio it’s become one of my favorite parts of my day. During quarantine and a rough season of life, her classes kept me in shape not just physically but mentally. A strong core isn’t the only thing you can be sure to achieve with her classes, but stronger inner confidence and the perfect stress release are guaranteed! I recommend her to allll my friends and fam whenever I can!

Life changing!
The workouts and weekly schedule have been life changing for me. I finally got the results I wanted from my workouts and this is the first time ever I’ve been consistent with working out.
