Been doing TF Studio’s workouts for a year now and my mind and body changed!! You have all types of videos you can think of (both in terms of body parts and time length)... working out with tasha will be the happiest part of your day! Super recommended

Okay so clutter is the worst- and this app is the opposite of that!! Minimal- easy to navigate. Not overwhelming and therefore easy to choose a video.. and YOU CAN DOWNLOAD for the moments where you know you may not have amazing WiFi and don’t want to blow all your data (I mean sculpted armsworth data overage costs anyways). Just in time for summer too!

Life Changing!!
This app was LIFE CHANGING! I used to do HIIT workouts and after listening to a podcast between her and Kenzie Burke I decided to try. I have done about 20-40 minutes of her workouts every day for a few months and the results are crazy!! It’s a workout I actually look forward to. Bonus that she is including meditations AND that her teaching style and cues are just the best!

Finally!
Such a great app! No matter which work out I decide on, I’m sore the next day. Getting stronger and more balanced in my weak spots and helping me avoid re-injuring my pesky problems. Tasha is a great instructor!
