New issue for 2 days now
I really like playing the game and I don’t mind spending a little money here and there. If you people complaining about energy would buy bombs with gems instead of energy, you probably would get a lot further. J/S.
Now on to my issue, my game did an update a couple of days ago. Since the update, I no longer have the free energy videos available in my game. Is this something that was taken out of the game, or is it just a glitch? I count on those videos for extra energy.

Cute game but no bang for your buck.
Games is fun to a certain point and only got it cause I actually live in Bermuda and was intrigued. The rewards you do buy are not worth it especially in an event and if you are not paying could takes days to chop down 6 trees to craft 1 or 2 items, unless your logging on every 2 hours or so. Would be better if purchases were responsible. I spend money on all my games, but the rewards in this one is nowhere near worth the money and I didn’t realize this until I try to do an island event without paying for anything and didn’t even make it half way through…and yes I was constantly playing for the full 4 days or so. Great game - decent review.
Listen, it’s a great game.. i play it daily and it’s quite addictive all while the storyline is perfect, but there are some major mishaps within. The wait time is atrocious with very little energy to use. I’m at level 20 currently playing for maybe 5 to 10mins - if not less, at a time before energy runs out. I bought the bonus pack and apparently it’s only for a certain amount of hours - $5 wasted for an hour of game play.. that I used up in minutes. I’m not spending $5 every one to two days for a new bonus that gets me nowhere. Honestly, my next move is to delete the game because as much as it is addictive and I want to pursue - the goals and challenges they have, are way too out of reach for a game players who want a daily game to play.Show less<jrm>
Customer service takes time
Winter event locks up every time it starts a new season. This one has been for a couple days now. Can’t get into the game, have invested time and more into events that have now timed out. Discouraging.
Update-after several attempts with customer service who kept requesting the same information over and over ..was finally resolved with an update. Took a week to get fixed so lost the competition for one of the islands. I do enjoy the game and will continue to play in hopes of less issues and faster customer service response times.
Developers should consider some type of compensation for customers who lose competitions due to game glitches that they have invested time and gems to.Show lessCynnMAzz2013
Money Pit
This game started out as so much fun! As you continue your journey the task continue to get longer with endless items needed to complete one flower, glass, shovel etc. You can use up to 500 points in energy just to make 1 in order to make something else you have to wait 10mins for completion. I got sucked into all the Gem & Energy adds that last about 2 seconds in this game! I’m done! I will finish my last mission and moving on from this foolishness! In addition adds that gave you extra energy or gems completely stopped!! Not to mention I came in first in a competition days later I never received my prize. Had to reach out to support who gave me 500 points in Energy of the 700 earned. (And yes I provided a screenshot of my winnings) I had to reach out again to ask for the additional 200 points. I spend lots of energy on onions I never get. Upgraded my house that NEVER CHANGED and still waiting on a response. Disappointed!Show lesswhodnett
A lot of time but fun!!
I am totally obsessed with the new adventure land, called “Broken Promises”it’s so bright and colorful. I wish it was one of the lands that stayed. I play it more bc of it. For instance, statue island looks dead.. to me I don’t want to play that.. Even tho the theme was cool that people are stuck there and I’m trying to find them. If I could rate this higher than a four but less than a five I would. I love to play. Although my app shows a winter theme.. it’s a lot of fun. I enjoy how this game gives you various options to win gems and energy besides having to pay.. thanks- looking forward to the updates!!Show lesspinkdizzle

Hello am 9 and 1/2 I love playing this game. My problem is my storage is full and I don’t have enough diamonds to build other things so I’m stuck . I asked my mother for some money to buy more diamonds and she said No you can’t eat that game I have been looking for money around the house for this game I found two dollars in a dime but they said I need a card so when I get a card I will start backing playing .But could you make somethings have them red diamonds in them please thank love this game.Show lessmad A waste of time
The issue was fixed,
I am no longer experiencing this issue with the winter season event, thank you for your speedy response and honest concerns I appreciate it.
On to other things, I see a lot of people complaining about the events and energy and all these other things. I do not have that problem. I think all of those aspects are on point. There are many ways to gain energy from gaspars air shop, to the family dinner table, the milestone gifts 🎁 in the events… the surprise brown briefcases 💼 (at ANY LOCATION ) that provide tools and energy. Certain decorations in event or travel spots. The seashells on the ground. And more! If you know how to play the game truly… you would have no energy or boredom problems. IMO (in my opinion)…
However… the only problem I am receiving is when my inventory is full and items drop to ground. Sometimes they drop behind decorations that are unmovable like Gaspars air shop and the order board. Can you make some way for us to collect all those items? Or maybe make gaspars air shop and the order board moveable?Show lessMsMarkedSoba

Hello! Thank you for the review! As for the problem you described - we are working on it and it will be solved partially in the next update and then later in future versions of the game. MOst likely items will just drop in front of the objects. Thank you for staying with us!My Experience
Can’t believe that I didn’t think that I would like this game, but after playing it for a while, I think I’m beginning to really like this game a lot. It’s so much fun and just being able to build anything around on the island makes the game more fun just seeing whatever I help build,appear. It’s so cool that I can build anything in any game that I can find. I didn’t think that I would like playing any building games from the App Store, but I think I really do.Show lesssparkle rainbow princess
Worst since update
This used to be my favorite game. When I first started playing there were no issues that I could tell. Updated, ad rewards only worked randomly and the app randomly crashed, not too bad though. Next update, no ad rewards worked, daily crashes and missing items I already collected or produced. Updated again thinking it would fix that and I haven’t been able to open it since, just freezes at loading page.
The developers website took down support for that game on their site too. I saw a response with shut down phone, reset wifi and wait 5 mins. Nope!!! Not even after a phone update. I did my hair and forgot about it. Was frozen at 30% for about an hour.
Saw another response about hoping to fix it in the next update. Um, just wondering how long that will take? Also not sure how the next update could get any worse but every one I’ve done since starting the game has been worse than the last. I hope they get it together cuz it’s one of the best adventure games i’ve come across if not for the above issues.Show lessEenonymous
