Frozen game and customer support says wait till next update
It’s been 6 days since I was even able to play the game, only loading to 30%.
This update that came out screwed up game play big time. I commented on a post on Facebook about the loading problem/freezing and their response was to let it stay open for 3 to 5 minutes and it should load completely. Did not work! Then we are told to contact customer support via the game. How are we suppose to do that if we can not get the game to load!
If support already knows about this problem which as been about a week or more, why hasn’t it been fixed already?
Everyone should get a BIG BONUS once the game is back up and running.

This game has issues and support does not address them
Unfortunately this game has technical issues: I frequently get kicked out of the game when you bop between islands, and the bigger issue folks have encountered with at least 2 challenges (Carnival and Cactus Island) is trying to complete the last task of the challenge which the game does not allow you to complete… therefore after all the effort, you are deprived of the grand prize. The total lack of response from the support team (ignored submitted issues) make it frustrating to play when you’ve put a lot of effort (and some money) into this game. Changed my rating to ZERO!!!
Day two of not being able to play after the update. Their fb says contact support through the game. Well I can’t do that because the game won’t load, does load but freezes, or I get in go to do something it freezes and goes black. I’ve put a lot of time and money into this game so I can’t uninstall and reinstall because my game always tells me I’m not connected to fb. I have to save to fb at the start of every play. So now I’m unable to play and have to wait for them to decide to check their fb messages or go through their email. After the first time having to contact them it took TWO MONTHS for them to reply. And I encounter this freeze and unable to get on the game every time they make a new event. I started with giving them 5 stars, down to three and if I could select zero I WOULD.Show lessCaeco75
Used to be good…
When I first started playing this game I thought it was better than any other world-building game because the energy usage compared to obtaining resources using energy seemed comparable to each other. I used to like when other islands popped up because they were challenging and I didn’t worry that I wouldn’t finish it within the time limit because I had enough energy.
Now, it takes too much energy to do anything and building up the island seems to take more resources (and time) than one is able to obtain. Frankly, this game is boring to me now. I don’t want to delete it because I’ve spent money on it, but it’s just not worth it anymore.
Also, there’s the fact that it just won’t open. More often than not it gets stuck at 90% when trying to load. When it eventually finally loads, if I go to another island to collect resources, getting neck to the main island causes it to once again get stuck at 90%.
This game was fun at first but now it feels like work instead of fun. I’d recommend finding a different game if you’re looking for a fun, easy, time waster. This game just isn’t worth it. If it doesn’t get better this week I’m going to delete it and be done with it.Show lessHgrassia
Game is just a money grab now
When I first started this game I loved it because I could actually work on building up my island and could also play the events with enough time to actually finish them. Going from having six days to complete an event to having less than three has been very disappointing and now it’s even worse because the next event starts before the first event even finishes. That basically means you have to debate which one you want to finish because less than three days doesn’t give you enough time to finish the event as it is. I’m extremely disappointed because I left another game for this one specifically because of that fact. I was spending money on this game to help support them because I felt like I was at least getting my moneys worth when buying energy. Now I won’t waste my money because buying 1800 energy gets me pretty much nothing. So at the end of the day I’m back to looking for a game to support that is actually thinking about its customers and not just looking to be millionaires.Show lessCraigsgirl1127
PLEASE FIX DYNAMITE & ENERGY
I really enjoy this game and so far it has been a blast. However a couple things worth noting that I think could use adjustment for optimal gameplay is energy capacity and the dynamite placement/recognition. Ever since the beginning of the game I have been able to do so much because I go so far beyond my energy bank's capacity...and now that I'm out of the introduction phase I can only remove like one big thing and then have to log off because I can't do anything else. I get you guys want money but come on, it's a bit ridiculous here. So I used my gems to get dynamite to try and clear two really big stones that cost a LOT of energy to mine and the game will not allow me to place it near both easily, and on top of that it won't select both stones in any of the allowed places, which is EXTREMELY frustrating. I feel this is something that needs urgent fixing because dynamite costs gems which costs $$, and therefore it should work as intended. I think this could be solved by increasing the dynamite's radius. I really would like to continue enjoying this game so please take this into consideration and make necessary adjustments please.Show lessHalvey5
Buggy
As in, anomalies. Stuff requested - shown along the left side - doesn’t register correctly. For example, get 9 coal. Since the request was added to the list, I’m stuck at 6/9 except that I wasted who knows how much energy acquiring 51 coal, which shows correctly in the backpack. Similarly, the list wants me to make 4 drills. So I make 4 drills, but it only shows 2 in the list, even though 4 drills show in the scout headquarters and the backpack. I stopped making stuff until it’s asked for, because it “doesn’t count” if you do it before it’s needed. Bad enough that one can only play for limited time - I’m told that’s done on purpose to get people “addicted” to the game. You still can’t play for extended periods of time. Which is probably why I’m actively playing multiple games at once, very frustrated with all of them. Just fix the obvious bugs, please.Show lessWriterinfact
Boring - just endless tasks
Unlike games like Atlantis, Klondike & Family Farm Adventure, Bermuda is just endless tasks (often w nowhere near enough time to finish them even if you have enough energy because the creating of items required takes too long). Add to this the fact that you can’t access everything that’s visible makes this game very frustrating. For example, on monkey island I can’t go thru the gate despite everything being cleared. It keeps saying it’s not available. There is no obvious reason WHY & so the task of completing the island eludes me. Yet they gave me a frog island w only one DAY plus a few hours to finish it. They start you out at a river crossing yet there is no way to cross because nothing is accessible, even items that are not covered by the “fog.” I had to zoom out so I could see the whole island to see where the father was & that was where I needed to start. Yet when I first arrived on frog island, I was the daughter at the river. Very confusing & not well laid out.
I’ve been playing this kind of game since before Facebook’s FarmVille. This is one of the worst. And the crude artwork doesn’t help.

This game was fun at first, but once advance to a certain point in the game it gets frustrating because you never have enough energy or materials to actually play the game.
Energy does not reload quickly enough to play for more than maybe 5-10 min at a time. Building structures and upgrading them takes wayyyyy too many materials, and materials take wayyyyy too much energy for it to even be fun anymore. Once you hit a certain point in the game (which I’ve only had this game a week maybe) progress is soooooo slow because everything takes too much materials and energy to progress consistently.
Another issue I have is that I could have 7 of some items already in my inventory from making it before, but once the challenge is “make 7 (item)” it won’t let me just give what’s in my inventory… I have to make 7 of that item all over again. Which again, takes wayyyy too much energy and materials for it to be completed. I have challenges that take me up to 2 days only because energy is so hard to accumulate.

The game was enjoyable until :
They want a ridiculous amount of energy to complete collect items and a ridiculous amount of items to complete things or upgrade
You get 4 animals that need to be fed but only get 2 water every hour who has time to go on every hour to collect water to make feed and you only can make 2 feed each time you collect water and you need water to make items in the grill for energy and you need to feed the pig for bacon which takes feed which takes water just about everything in the grill is going to need something from a animal which again takes feed which requires water . I think your getting the point
I was having fun but I’ve made it to level 23 and I’m about to quit .It takes way too much energy and water to do anything

You can get energy on the Monkey Island, on the Home Island from the pool and food; from the chests, and from the special items that you can get on the Islands. There are plenty of other ways of getting energy. You can get water on Statue Island after you finish it and during the Amusement Park expedition. Keep exploring the game!
