Totally Unreliable
This app does not reliably connect to the cameras…at all. It frequently will say “connection refused” and will often not allow me to connect to the camera to change the “night mode setting.” The menu to access that option on the camera completely disappears from the app. I made sure the app was up to date and that my OS was up to date, power cycled my device. This app is just unreliable. My brother and my sister have Wyze cameras for their dogs and those are FAR superior. They have all the important functionality (motion and sound detection and alerts), always have reliable connection, easily set up and travel well. I literally can’t see my baby right now, even though I’m in the same house, but I can see their dogs crystal clearly in another state and across town. I’m going to return this and get those instead.Show lessEnglish Bulldog
