App continually fails
The camera and monitor work just fine. Always connected minus a few hiccups early on. The app on the other hand rarely ever works with my iPhone. I continually get the camera is offline when it’s not (while the monitor is running right next to it). This has been an ongoing issue for the past several months with this app. I purchased this device for the reason of having an app that I could use to check on my child compared to just a monitor. So far that seems to not be a viable selling point for this system.Show lessDeveloper Response

Have two cameras which work very well with the monitor. No issues there. Love the split screen. However, the app is awful. Always says the cameras “appear to be offline” when they clearly aren’t. If you are looking for a monitor with good app functionality, I’d look elsewhere.Good app

The app just keeps spinning and not showing the cameras. I have a new born and have the Motorola VM65-2 Connect. Total garbage and no one helps. The monitor itself works but app just spins then tells me offline. I should add it did work for first 6weeks just long enough to throw out the box it came in. Don’t download or buy!Show lessApp usage
This app have the capability of working but have to make a better way to view both cameras in one and then if your monitoring your child on the phone it won’t stay on unless you keep tapping the phone to stay on.
