    I ordered a few of the plant things over a month ago and I still have not received them. When I try to track it, it wants me to pay money. I do not feel that I should pay more money just to find out where my order is.

    You put in the tracking number and the name then the subscription ad pops up. You X out of the ad and the process repeats over and over. This app is a waste and shouldn’t exist. Why should I pay for something diabolical as this junk app!? Sad part is your going to reply and say our app is satisfactory blah blah. But the people use this app. Instead of replying with some bull response, get the app to properly work…. PERIOD!

    This app doesn’t give enough information about where your package is. It tells me it has moved from one facility to another, but not what city that facility is in. It may also be moved a couple of times before it showed an update. I’m not going to pay for misleading info.

    Gives you no updates even though I have my push notifications on still nothing. Can’t figure out how to cancel the subscription. App makes no sense. Also trying to write this review is the hardest thing to do don’t want people to know how horrible it is.

    I would never use this website site at all, you trying to get in touch with the customer service ppls they say the same thing over over over n over Again.

    I need a Pacific date when my packages coming so I can be on a the look out.

    “United States Postal Services sends parcels” provides zero information on the location of my package. It does provide a great synopsis on the service provided by the USPS. Where the package is that is being sent by the USPS- no clue. That small detail cannot be ascertained by this app, and since I do not have an updated USPS tracking number I cannot utilize their (the USPS) more comprehensive website to locate the parcel which they sent. Oof. Oh well, I suppose it is my fault for making a purchase off the TikTok shop from an overseas “company” and then expecting to actually receive it- and then getting duped, again, into using this dud of a tracking app that literally tracks nothing. Save your money on the subscription to this lame app- go buy a coffee instead and sulk in the knowledge you won’t be getting the package you ordered.

  • Didn’t answer email about payment inquiry

    package, hoping to monitor its live status as I had a flight to catch. However, upon realizing that the app didn't offer the live tracking feature I needed, I promptly deleted it. Before deleting, I made sure to cancel any subscriptions through the "manage subscriptions" option.

    Despite this, I was surprised to discover a charge of $8.49 this morning for a subscription to Package Tracker: Parcels Hub. While I acknowledge the possibility of an oversight on my part, I was hoping to explore the option of having this charge reversed. They never responded to my emails..

    Don’t want the product now
    What I ordered was for a special occasion
    But guess what it is way pass the date
    So I had to go and pick up something for my grand daughters SPECIAL DAY!
    Just refund my money and I mean all of it back to my card now.

  • Lost merchandise

    This is the worst place ever they lost my packages and I have no idea where to look because they have no information except for it’s leaving the station in Las Vegas. It’s leaving the place in here leaving here leaving there, but they never say an address or nothing so I have no information on where my stuff is. I don’t even know how to get my money back.

    I do not agree with the subscription fee. How are you gonna charge for subscription on a package tracker when already paid for delivery. Makes no sense. And like others in the reviews mentioned, that it doesn’t work half the time. SMH
