    As a consumer seeking value and efficiency, I must express my disappointment with this app. Despite its promises of convenience, the mandatory payment to access essential features severely hampers its usability. In an age where countless alternatives offer similar services at no cost, it's disheartening to encounter such a blatant money grab. While I understand the need for revenue, it feels like a disservice to users who expect basic functionality without being nickel-and-dimed at every turn. Until the developers reevaluate their pricing strategy and prioritize customer satisfaction, I cannot in good conscience recommend this app to anyone seeking a seamless experience without constant financial barriers.

    The tracking is in detail. All logistics information is there until it’s delivered. But the worse is no Package delivered. Store scammer used this tracking logistic to believe that the customer is will recieve the product

    This app is horrible , I have t received anything I ordered and paid for not can I contact anyone about my order to get my money back !

    This is the absolute worst tracking app as it charges $8.99 per WEEK just to find out where package is located and that information is never clear!

    Worst app I’ve ever seen! Not paying you to track my package from the also non legit crappy site that i ordered from, such a shame!
  • Does not work

    Sent to this tracking site by retailer, had to signup for service, then service does not use the retailers tracking number. Useless

  • Disappointed and disgusted

    I was able to track my packages with no problems. However, what was more disappointing and disgusting was that I was being charged $8.99 per week in order to keep a close watch on my packages. I am already paying for the package, so why charge me extra just to see where my packages are in transit? Other companies don’t do this whatsoever. So why do it? It makes absolutely no sense to me!! All I wanted is to make sure I was home when my packages arrive. Now I have to pay $8.99 per week?! Your crazy!! I will simply sit and wait and never use your services again!!

    Terrible service how you have to pay in order to track your order and if you happen to do so all of a sudden says tracking number is not found. It’s been 2 months and I haven’t received my package

    I never received my package and there’s no one that I can talk to. I’m study. Emailing people they’re not emailing me back I just wanna know where is my package is what’s going on?
