Didn’t answer email about payment inquiry

package, hoping to monitor its live status as I had a flight to catch. However, upon realizing that the app didn't offer the live tracking feature I needed, I promptly deleted it. Before deleting, I made sure to cancel any subscriptions through the "manage subscriptions" option.

Despite this, I was surprised to discover a charge of $8.49 this morning for a subscription to Package Tracker: Parcels Hub. While I acknowledge the possibility of an oversight on my part, I was hoping to explore the option of having this charge reversed. They never responded to my emails..

Scam. Want £8 a WEEK to track packages! Not able to track anything until you subscribe. No thanks.

Refund!!!

Don’t want the product now
What I ordered was for a special occasion
But guess what it is way pass the date
So I had to go and pick up something for my grand daughters SPECIAL DAY!
Just refund my money and I mean all of it back to my card now.

My opinion

I think that it is very steep to be able to track down your parcel, the company should send you that information. To pay £8 a week is all I’m paying for. Why would I pay for a tracking service if I have no parcels coming in. I would keep it if it was a month and not a week.

Not worth even the free trial

I downloaded this phone, find a few packages and it was unable to find any of them don’t bother

Lost merchandise

This is the worst place ever they lost my packages and I have no idea where to look because they have no information except for it’s leaving the station in Las Vegas. It’s leaving the place in here leaving here leaving there, but they never say an address or nothing so I have no information on where my stuff is. I don’t even know how to get my money back.

Subscription fee

I do not agree with the subscription fee. How are you gonna charge for subscription on a package tracker when already paid for delivery. Makes no sense. And like others in the reviews mentioned, that it doesn’t work half the time. SMH

Don’t Download

As a consumer seeking value and efficiency, I must express my disappointment with this app. Despite its promises of convenience, the mandatory payment to access essential features severely hampers its usability. In an age where countless alternatives offer similar services at no cost, it's disheartening to encounter such a blatant money grab. While I understand the need for revenue, it feels like a disservice to users who expect basic functionality without being nickel-and-dimed at every turn. Until the developers reevaluate their pricing strategy and prioritize customer satisfaction, I cannot in good conscience recommend this app to anyone seeking a seamless experience without constant financial barriers.

Track 718

The tracking is in detail. All logistics information is there until it’s delivered. But the worse is no Package delivered. Store scammer used this tracking logistic to believe that the customer is will recieve the product
