  • Worst gym management app ever

    If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. Slower than molasses, takes several button clicks to book a class, several more to check in, cannot view who attended classes earlier in the day, the problems go on and on. Save yourself the headache and go with another software. This one is garbage.
  • GO WITH ANOTHER APP!!!

    Adding to all the justified hate on this app. We migrated over due to Triib being bought out. Continuous issues! Members can’t reserve for class. I’ve reported the issue for a week with no solution. I’m continuously told that it will be a “top priority”. Just this one issue is costing the gym time & money requiring coaches time to reserve classes for members. And that is just ONE issue. You can’t see product cost, many clicks to reserve for class, very slow to open any screen, can’t purchase more than one product at a time, & there are STILL more issues. Go with another software system for at least a couple years until they get all this mess figured out. Not worth the time, expense, or frustration.

    Anytime you try to use the app or when you have to “book a class” you have to delete the app and log back in. It’s a waste of time and money. Do not recommend!

    Horrible ap. Constantly crashes, doesn’t connect to network and extremely glitchy.

    This app should be banned from App Store or someone at Apple must be fired to let this app pass through release.
  • Atrocious

    This app is absolutely terrible. It’s slow and not user friendly at all. Compared to other similar apps, this one is definitely the worst and I can’t believe they actually launched this app the way that it is. It’s mind blowing how stupid and frustrating it is to use both as a coach and a member. Everyone at our gym hates it and wishes we didn’t have to switch to it.

    Every time I try to log in I get a message that I lost my internet connection. No…it takes the app so long to respond that it times out. When I finally get in (it took me 17 minutes today), it took another 14 minutes to book three classes. I had to make multiple attempts to get everything to work. Nothing will load so I can’t see workouts, who is attending, and my schedule. Not one thing works well with this app. Not one. One star is a gift.

    I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed an app before, but I felt compelled to review this app. It is so slow and useless and replaced an app that was not great by any means but actually functioned and allowed me to book classes. This app is so slow and has so many bugs. Cannot believe this passed QA and is in production.

    If I could give this app negative 5 star I would. My gym was forced away from tribe which was amazing and we are currently looking for another system. System is dropping memberships left and right. Chaos for gym managers to keep up. If you are a new gym owner looking for a fitness app, this is not it.

    I own a business and just got the 14 pro did the recent updates and unable to open this app on my phone. Needs to be fixed ASAP. I run a business.
