    We were required to update this app because Triib made our gym switch-it’s awful. We went from a very simple app to RSVP for classes, see who was attending classes, see the workout, track out workouts and PRs. This new app is so slow and glitchy! I cannot see who was in past classes to see if my friends have already gone to class or not, I cannot see who is in a future class without signing up for that class-and that’s huge task to get to that point! Too many steps to “book” a class. Should be one button. If the time is 4pm it should take you to the 4pm or 5pm class (the upcoming class) not start you back at the beginning of the day to scroll through then possibly flip to the next day and have to start all over again because there’s no way to tell by the design which day is which. A simple white background could be “today” and a gray background could mean “not today”. The other annoying thing about the app is the active part of the app in the schedule section is only the bottom half when your scrolling for classes. The rest is taken up by wasted space of breadcrumbs. So stupid! I’m so annoyed I’m paying for this through my gym. Don’t worry they know about it but if it was up to me I would cancel this app.
  • The worst fitness app

    We had to move to this app from Triib. They basically took a really good interface and then ruined it. Heaps of bugs, and super slow. I wish I could give it zero stars.
  • Horrible!

    This app is the worst! Nothing is intuitive, everything requires multiple steps to complete, and the data sync/refresh is incredibly slow! I wonder if anyone who supports this product is actually a user, because then you will understand just how painful it is!
  • Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!

    The worse experience I’ve had thus far with any fitness company software I could imagine. They continually double charge customers with no explanation why, don’t take payments on time even if it’s scheduled with no explanation why, have so many bugs you wonder if they’re ever doing anything to improve the experience let alone listen to customer (businesses) complaints.

    They continually make my business look bad by not communicating what issues they may currently have (bugs, glitches, etc.) so we can better serve our customers. Yet they manage to take my monthly payment EARLY with no explanation. This system is the worse on the market. I tried to stick it out and support a small business.. especially being a small business owner but this has gotten out of hand!
  • Not working

    The app doesn’t seem to work after the new iOS update. Please fix this issue. It works great when it actually works.
  • Not User Friendly

    The font is too small, too many clicks to sign up for a class… And basically, its just chaos.
  • I don’t recommend it

    Terrible to work with! App for trainers rarely works and the system itself makes our business look bad by overdrafting clients, overcharching and no real support or fix to this issue from the company ! I would not recommend it
