Like others, bikes can’t be returned and no way to rent another
Checking out a bike works ok, though 4 out of 5 bikes don’t show up as available even though they are in the rack. Once you return it, it won’t return. Reporting a problem doesn’t help. No one at the hotel knows how to clear the problem. So once you return a bike, you can’t rent another.Tayatan
Not great
The app only allows you to access one bike per account. Very inconvenient especially when you pay for two bikes and on the third bike it malfunctions and won’t unlock. So disappointing. Didn’t even get to use the bikes.toomanypigeons

Will not let me login
I try to login, but the app doesn’t work. I put down my phones but I cannot submit/go to the next step because when I try to check the terms of service, it won’t let me. This is happening to my friend too. Really frustrating. We tried all day yesterday and nothing.heartxkei
SMS activation doesn’t work
i tried to download the app on a different phone and when you go through the sms verification you never get the message.Hope I don't lose followers

Terrible UX
If your a company thinking about on boarding to this app, don’t. It would literally cost less money in equivalent employee anger to pay a new grad to build out a custom system. The app & the system, as a whole, does not work.beeppiop
