Bug
This dam app. Every time I lock the bike into those check out locations, I’m unable to end the ride until something random happens. I’ve been standing out here trying to end a ride for the past 10 minutes.Sadis11
Return system broken
This app is very dysfunctional. Very often you will see multiple bikes right and front of you and they never show up - my Bluetooth is on. Also, you will often return a bike and the app will never update it as returned and you are basically locked out. I try moving the bike (it’s locked), it won’t pull out, refresh doesn’t work, redownloading the app doesn’t work. So it’s basically just unusable. Really hope they get on this because the service is otherwise very nice, but at the moment doesn’t work.Show lessDhsushhsjdkfkndn

Hello. Sorry to hear that some functions of the App were confusing. If bikes are at the rack and low on battery or in maintenance, they will not appear in the App. You can quick access to help by using the Help button (?) in the app to contact your system admin. For the bike returns, we have added an 'End Ride' to give you this option to end the ride while at the rack. This is not required since your ride will be automatically ended by the next rider, but now you will have this choice. I hope this helps you have a better experience with the system.SMS Issues
It doesn’t send the verification SMS to conform my phone number and I can’t even get pass the first page. Nothing else there to get help or alternative solution even on their website.alpdid

Hello alpdid. Thanks for reporting this. There was a temporary interruption in the SMS messaging service. This was corrected within a couple hours of being reported. You should be all set to continue with the installation of the App.Can’t even use the service

Using and unlocking the bikes aren’t that complicated or difficult but when it comes to returning the bike, I’ll place the bike back into the rental station which is supposed to end my rental automatically, but instead it say I still have an active rental and when I try to refresh near the locked in bike it still shows as active, this happens way to oftenShow lessBlank…Name

Hello. Sorry to hear of this inconvenience. The smart lock that is mounted to the bike broadcasts its status to the App; so when the bike is docked to the rack, the lock broadcasts to the App that it is at the rack. If this is not working correctly, we recommend that you submit this as a problem report through the App so your local system administrator can investigate this. Thank you.
