  • Useless

    This app is terrible, it never finds the bikes that I’m standing right next to and the user interface is terribly hard to use and not intuitive. It has rendered the bikes useless.

    Hello rmastrapa. If you're having trouble finding the bikes, make sure your phone is on cellular and that you have Bluetooth turned on. They're Bluetooth locks; your phone can't find them if you don't have Bluetooth turned on. If you are still having trouble, please contact your property manager or system admin for assistance.
  • This app is trash

    This app is really trash. When you try to pick a bike by tapping on it, other ones can load in it’s place and you accidentally rent a different one. There is no confirmation and no way to cancel so you are locked out. Very trash interface and design. Need to fix this or it is not usable.

    Hello Jw827. Thanks for taking time to review our App. When you search for available bikes in the App, the App scans the bikes and lists the bikes numerically on the screen. If there are a lot of bikes at that station, it will sort the bikes numerically as it scans them. It sounds like you were trying to press the rent button before all the bikes were loaded. l recommend waiting until all the bikes at that station load before pressing the rent button. This will ensure you are unlocking the correct bike. I hope this helps.

    Hello big irish bawls. Sorry the property manager at your location took so long to approve you into the system. We don't operate the bike share systems so we have no control over how quickly your on-site admin approves riders into the system. Sorry you were not able to use the bikes, but this has nothing to do with the App.

    The bikes look amazing and I really want to use them but my account keeps saying pending memebership . And we are apart of the community we’re using the bikes from.

    Hello puerto.leelee. Your property manager is the only one that can activate your account. Please contact the leasing office and ask that your membership get activated.
  • Disappointed

    Updated the app and it logged me out and when I put my phone number back in it won’t send me the verification code and the number is correct.
  • Useless rack of bikes at Lions Gate, useless app.

    App does nothing, shows my local rack as available with 5 bikes and no other bikes in the rest of the entire country. Completely useless waste of time. App sits and spins like it is updating map forever. Deleting my CC and the app after review is submitted. I’ll just go buy a bike, easier.

    Hello, these bikes are provided as a free amenity to tenants at your property. This is a not a public system, so you can only see bikes at properties for which you registered and been accepted. Your property manager is the only one who can accept you into the system. Since you were not yet accepted into the system at your property, this is why you were not able to access the bikes. Your experience has nothing to do with the App, but rather the time it took for you to get approved by your property manager. We're sorry for the experience you had.

    I cannot access available bikes. I can’t request a bike. I can’t submit a bug report. Absolutely horrible!

    Hello, Please contact the leasing office at your property. The property manager needs to accept you into the system. You will not be able to access the bikes until you have been accepted. This has nothing to do with the App.

    Unclear how to delete accounts once associated with a phone number. This makes the app unusable once a phone number has been already used for a system

    Although initial versions were a bit buggy, issues were fixed quickly with updates. App simple and intuitive to use

    This app was easy to use. Rented bikes quickly at our property. I like that the bikes are just for the tenants.
