    Pending confirmation doesn’t approve.

    When I try to get a bike it says pending and it doesn’t say available bikes what do I do for it to stop say pending?

    Hello. Sorry to hear that you on-site system administrator did not activate you into the system in a timely manner. When you join a system, only your on-site system administrator (i.e. leasing office) can activate you into that system. If you need to contact your system administrator, their information is available using the "?" button from within the App.
  • Doesn’t work

    Wont load the bikes regardless if I’m looking at an available one and on a very stable connection. It straight up doesn’t work and makes it un-usable.

    Hello. Sorry to hear that you aren't able to checkout a bike. If you are Active in a system, you need to be within 10-15 feet of the bikes, be sure that your phone's Bluetooth is turned on, and make sure that you are on Cellular (not WiFi). If you still unable to see the bikes, please contact your on-site administrator by pressing the "?" button from within the App. This will connect you by phone and email to the person that can help you.

    Extremely difficult to set up. Poor visibility on profile page - pretty much dark gray on black. Extreme unreliability in editing profile. Poor.

    On the other hand, excellent customer service by phone.

    Hello budrick21. Thanks for your review. It sounds like you are trying to using the App in Dark Mode. Try turning off dark mode on your phone; this should improve your experience with the App. I will pass your feedback onto the developers.

    The app is simple and easy to use, instructions are very clear. And the bikes were great! Definitely will be using again next time we’re in town
  • Bikes

    Very easy to rent a bike you just have to stand near or hover above which bike number you want to rent out. The biggest downside is when you locked the bike and everything is fine you walk away from it just a little bit and then your bike refreshes and says you never return the bike. That runs the chance of you getting charged for never returning a bike when the bike was returned the whole time. I constantly have to submit a maintenance report every time I return a bike because it says I never brought back the bike.

    Hi Demestrius. Thanks for taking time for your review. The bikes are free to use so you would never get charged for using the bike. The App is designed so you only need to return the bike to the rack; there is no need to end the rental in the App. The next time you or anyone else goes to checkout a bike, rentals get ended for any bikes at the rack. This was designed because previous Apps required people to end the rental in the App, and when they didn't, the bikes couldn't be used by anyone else. So we removed the end rental requirement. If you want to be sure the rental ends, go to the Active Rentals screen in the App, and press the Refresh button at the bottom. This will scan the bike and see that it's at the rack and end your rental. I hope this information helps. We hope you enjoy using the bikes.
  • Asking to add credit card

    Post approval from property manager. Error this system requires credit card to check out bikes. Please add a credit card below. I was reading responses from app developer saying that this system is for tenants and no payment method is required. Please advise. Thanks!

    Hello, the On Bike Share system does not charge tenants to use the bicycles. Some properties will require a credit card on file in case of accidental damage or loss of bicycle while in your possession. However the system does not collect or charge any rental fees. I hope this helps.
  • Nothing works quite right.

    Unable to add payment… nothing really works correctly on this app.

    Hi Gardinity. Thanks for taking time to review the App. Our App doesn't use payments. The bikes are free to use. Our customers have the choice of requiring a credit card in the event of damage to the bike. If you need assistance with the App, please feel free to contact us or your leasing office.
  • Worst app ever

    It will only load 10% of the time no matter how good your signal is. Actual garbage.

    Hello aimeeelisabethe. If you are having trouble viewing the bikes, please check to make sure that your phone's Bluetooth and location services are turned on. These are required to scan and unlock the bikes from the racks. If you are still having trouble, try contacting your property manager or calling us for assistance.
