I have been using MoeGo for over a year and when I originally wanted to use a software I did a couple of the free trials for mobile grooming software. Everything was so difficult I decided to stick with my old school pen and paper. I am so glad a gave MoeGo a try and then subscribed it really has changed so much for me. Saves me so much time on not having to text every individual a reminder, MoeGo does it for me. I have never had a problem with anything and anything I need help the customer service team is amazing answers all my questions so quickly!!!

Awesome
When I started my business I downloaded free versions of about 7-8 other programs and they either were not very user friendly, and/or they just didn’t do everything I needed. MoeGo is by far the best version of everything else put together.

Worth it!
I love this app and software! I opened my own salon and started with MoeGo at that time. It made everything so easy! Everything I need is in one spot (appointments, notes, sales, point of sale, messaging, etc). My clients have told me that they like how easy it is to book online and that the design of the software on their end is clean and smart to use. My business looks professional, even if I feel like I have no idea what I’m doing running a business. 🤣
Another huge plus is that support is available 24/7. Anytime I need to ask a question, someone at MoeGo is available to help.

Amazing app
Having tried to use other systems, we switched to MoeGo 12 months ago and not looked back. Single salon with multiple staff. All features are well used and included on the package we have. I think pricing is a little high compared to when we joined, that would be my only negative.

Amazing Software, Awesome support team
When I was training as a mobile groomer, my trainer used Moego and after having it explained I was so impressed with it, I got it straight away when I started my business. Having worked in the corporate world for 20 years and working on many IT projects including Apps, I can comfortably say this is an app for mobile groomers, who understand mobile groomers. (Not like apps that are supposed to make things easier but make things 10 X harder). It links to your phone GPS, it links to square POS, it contains lots of useful reports, everything is really easy to use and support is right there when you need them (and you hardly ever need them.) I hate paper records and Moego saves a lot of forests!

Communication and systems are great
We have transferred into Moego about 6 weeks ago, it is giving us far me information about our clients and their dogs using the online client and pet form. The best part is the client can only book if they sign the agreement, we don’t have to chase it up like we consistently had to with the old systems. If you have staff and want a smooth running system with information of the dogs that are getting booked. Moego is working great for us.

MoeGo is the best
Signing up with MoeGo is the best decision for my new business. The on boarding call helped understand the features on offer and smart-scheduling makes life much easier. Organizing appointments with color codes helps differentiate between services. Highly recommend to all professional salons and mobile Groomers.
