Still terrible
Seems somehow they deleted my last review calling out all the horrible things about this app. It is most certainly not the “best”… even running the latest software on iPhone 14… terrible app continues to crash, freeze, says I have notifications when I don’t have notifications… Then I have to restart the app and shut it down again for the notification to go away. Doesn’t send text messages to clients who have been receiving text messages in the past, and doesn’t send text messages to new clients for some reason. Even though these are all working cell phone numbers, I have to end up manually texting myself in my private number because this app fails me all the time. Absolutely over priced with horrific customer service. Unfortunately, it’s not my choice (yet) on which app our company uses , but as soon as it is, I’m getting rid of this and asking for a refund. Overall amazing
This is the only app I have used for my mobile business! It’s pretty self explanatory and easy to navigate. I do occasionally run into issues uploading an address and having it showing up as a real address, but when that happens I just save it to the clients note bar and copy it to my gps when I go. Better than Housecall Pro overall
I had previously came from Housecall Pro which is a more matured app but does not fit mobile pet grooming as much as it is more geared towards electricians, plumbers, and contractors. While Moego may not have every feature that I previously had at HCP (such as ability to tip on taxed amount, free unlimited messaging, rebooking appointment suggestions from desktop, or the biggest one auto integration with review platforms such as Google), they do make it up with their customer service and groomer specific features such as (smart scheduling, color coding, auto appointment confirmations, and electronic legal service agreements). Moego isn’t the perfect tool but they are definitely improving and always open to suggestions. I dislike that they charge for SMS which I feel like is an additional income stream for them or that they charge for additional vehicles added. Gypsy Poodle Mobile Grooming
The best Scheduling system In my opinion. I have tried a few others before MoeGo and this one just had everything I needed for mobile grooming. From the mapping to the reminder text and payment options. It makes my life easier running 4 vans and a shop. Also the customer service is wonderful. Best app! Saved my business
This app literally saved my business! I was ready to sell our business because I was so exhausted from doing payroll and manually scheduling everyone. Everything we struggled with as a business was resolved with MoeGo. They have self scheduling to payroll. Literally the best thing ever! What we need
Our salon has recently switched over to Moego. We went from using a system that we made work to a system that makes us look professional and works for us. Our clients love the profiles they can create for each of their dogs as well as the online booking system. My employees love the system and have mentioned how beneficial the pop ups and reoccurring features have been. The only thing is the price is higher than most systems and the Processor that goes along with their system has higher fees than most.Show lessHeidi Paws
LITERALLY USE ANY OTHER PLATFORM
This has got to be the WORST platform for grooming appointment management. The creators and “staff” are so passive, and unhelpful, it’s extremely overpriced for how BASIC and glitchy it is. Unacceptable. I can see right through their fake care. Awful app. Unreliable, glitchy and too basic. Auto messages fail to go out, it freezes and crashes DAILY. Won’t let you know if you’re adding a number that’s already in use until after the ENTIRE form is filled out… And yes I’m Updated to latest on an iPhone….so maybe figure out how to make this app absolutely fantastic for a reviews.Show lessEasy to use, time saver
I started out with another grooming software program. After running into a few snags I gave MoeGo a try. The only thing I regret is not starting out with MoeGo. Entering customer and pet info is a breeze. I love that it comes with a good amount of SMS every month, unlike the last program I tried that came with none. 5 stars for this program so far.Show lessAKChick10
Switched from a different client management system
I recently switched to MoeGo from a competitor’s system that I felt was good. But after using MoeGo for a couple of weeks now, I see all of the benefits that I wished the other system had and find this much better! Such as, ease of use, no cumbersome going back and forth between screens, and best of all, the notifications of sms texts immediately instead of seeing them only if the program is opened. All pertinent info shows at a glance instead of having to go to additional screens. Logically laid out and enjoyable to use. And the customer service is second to none. Amazing Grooming App
This app is super easy to use. It is very thought out and the functionality and things it allows you to do are so helpful for groomers especially mobile groomers. Their smart scheduling, auto reminders, review booster, tags, color coding, digital intake form and service agreements, and so much more makes using this system fantastically easy.
