Wonderful Grooming App but still not fully there
Moego is a great grooming software app that can make it extremely easy to manage for those running a grooming operation. I came from two other grooming softwares so I was able to compare. Moego offers great benefits such as: - Smart scheduling - Electronic service agreements - Embedded or link custom intake forms - Great reporting - Stripe integrated payment processing with important custom tipping option - Option to defer convenience fee to clients which saves owners lots of money - Auto reminders and confirmations Some things that Moego still lacks - Seamless integration between desktop and mobile. Some features work great on mobile while others only work great on desktop. Getting a state of parity between the two is important - Lack of integrated Google reviews - No batch smart scheduling - option to click on phone number to text message clients directly. They want to push their SMS messaging So all in all it is a great app but still has a ways to go in becoming the premier grooming software in the industry. Would still recommend over others

Accommodating software program
When I first got moego It was in the beginning of the app there were a lot of glitches and growing to be done, however I will say in the last year it’s growing by leaps and bounds. They are the most accommodating app, that want their Groomer’s to succeed and take the headache out of the clerical side of the business.
They even have a fb page where we can post suggestions and they actually look into it to see if it can be added as an option! This software is worth every penny. I’m so happy I stuck with them during the growing phase.

100% efficient
Moego isn’t simply the best App, it’s s simply the best company I have ever had to deal with. The team is ALWAYS 100%, they’re well prepared, organized, creative, polite, fun, committed and every other good quality you can think of for a company. They got your back on anything! It has been an excellent experience for my new small business to know that I have such quality support to help me from minor process demands to larger ones as the best way to set up my business exclusively.
In addition to all the support, they have tools that go beyond the essentials of the platform and offer marketing, financial, sms and other tools.
Anyway, I’m m really happy to have them as part of the team and I make this review with great pleasure, because they deserve it!

Still terrible
Seems somehow they deleted my last review calling out all the horrible things about this app. It is most certainly not the “best”… even running the latest software on iPhone 14… terrible app continues to crash, freeze, says I have notifications when I don’t have notifications… Then I have to restart the app and shut it down again for the notification to go away. Doesn’t send text messages to clients who have been receiving text messages in the past, and doesn’t send text messages to new clients for some reason. Even though these are all working cell phone numbers, I have to end up manually texting myself in my private number because this app fails me all the time. Absolutely over priced with horrific customer service. Unfortunately, it’s not my choice (yet) on which app our company uses , but as soon as it is, I’m getting rid of this and asking for a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS HORRIBLE JOKE APP. ZERO STATS

It has literally everything we could need to run our salon plus the support team are always so quick to respond (within minutes) and so helpful. I highly recommend this program.

Overall amazing
This is the only app I have used for my mobile business! It’s pretty self explanatory and easy to navigate. I do occasionally run into issues uploading an address and having it showing up as a real address, but when that happens I just save it to the clients note bar and copy it to my gps when I go. Overall I love this app, helps you route your day efficiently, communicate with clients, block off days, set your schedule and more.

Better than Housecall Pro overall
I had previously came from Housecall Pro which is a more matured app but does not fit mobile pet grooming as much as it is more geared towards electricians, plumbers, and contractors. While Moego may not have every feature that I previously had at HCP (such as ability to tip on taxed amount, free unlimited messaging, rebooking appointment suggestions from desktop, or the biggest one auto integration with review platforms such as Google), they do make it up with their customer service and groomer specific features such as (smart scheduling, color coding, auto appointment confirmations, and electronic legal service agreements). Moego isn’t the perfect tool but they are definitely improving and always open to suggestions. I dislike that they charge for SMS which I feel like is an additional income stream for them or that they charge for additional vehicles added. Overall I am satisfied and will continue to use them

Gypsy Poodle Mobile Grooming
The best Scheduling system In my opinion. I have tried a few others before MoeGo and this one just had everything I needed for mobile grooming. From the mapping to the reminder text and payment options. It makes my life easier running 4 vans and a shop. Also the customer service is wonderful. Always a quick reply to help with anything and they are always improving and adding new stuff!! I love Moego and would recommend to anyone.
