A must-have
I recently started my own grooming business and MoeGo has been critical in my success. I love being able to store my client’s information in one place. The live chat support is one of the nicest features and I have used it a lot. I have the beginner package which gives me mostly everything I need, though it would be nice to have 2-way messaging. I was so skeptical going to a computer organization app... But our business has grown by the hundreds... And so we did it and after muh research we chose Moego!! What an easy integration... For us!!! Excellent product!
I’ve been a customer since the launch of this product. From when I was a super busy mobile groomer with a trailer, to now where I’ve scaled back and only seeing less than a dozen house call appointments per month for special clients, MoeGo makes it easy to store important information, to navigate my routes and lots of little extras that just make a busy groomers life so much easier. Even if this product ONLY had routing and automated reminders, it would still be worth it. It really is for everyone at every level. Last but. User Friendly Amazing App
I am new to the grooming and kenneling business. I am able to incorporate both into this app for all my business needs. Our business has been more effective with appointments. I love MoeGo!
I recently opened up my first mobile grooming business in April, and decided out of all the software, MoeGo was the one that sounded the best to me. I am so happy I got MoeGo!!! It’s super easy to use, and I love the smart scheduling and how everything is organized. The customer support is also top of the line! I was unsure of how to do something the other day, and messaged support and had an answer within just a couple of minutes. Couldn't be happier. So easy for clients, groomers and management. It even has block scheduling and integrated credit card processing, two-way sms.... I could go on. Perfect dog grooming app!
I use this app everyday to keep track of my business! Everything I need is in one place! Client information, calendar, text messages (so nice to be able to keep them separate from my phone texts), auto reminders, vaccination records, everything! And I got a local phone number through the app so I don’t have to give out my personal phone number!Show lesssjlove4

I’ve been using MoeGo for several years now and have been very satisfied. They’re always working to upgrade their app and make improvements. Additionally, if you ever have a question they have a 24/7 chat so your questions get answered very quickly. Highly recommend to other groomers!Thisgameisgreat👍
Amazing scheduling app for any grooming business
Moego is absolutely amazing! It is efficient, modern, and essential for your grooming business!! Everything is fully customizable to your likings, such as intake forms, requirement to sign authorizations and have cards on file for no show and cancellation protection. It can send out multiple customizable reminders and confirmation texts, offers customizable online booking page, 24/7 help from a live person whenever you need assistance, such as helping you navigate the app, give tutorials, or simply talk about improvements. This app has saved me so much time between smart scheduling for mobile grooming (saving me time and gas with efficient schedule routing), an intake form requiring rabies info, 2 way texting. Moego also listen to groomers, and make this app happen because of groomer feedback. There is also an awesome moego community. Highly recommend this app!Show lessr2rmg
