Easy to use
When starting using any new app, patience is key. You are not going to learn how to use it in one go. It’s something that needs time to set up and play about with the settings to really get the best out of it. I have found the app really beneficial to my business and have everything at the touch of a button. The online intake forms are great which saves unnecessary paper work lying around and posters on the wall which owners don’t even look at. The customer service is good and very responsive.

Highly recommend
I am a mobile pet groomer and absolutely love this app! It’s so versatile and incredibly user friendly. It offers a wide range of options so that I can really customise its use to suit me perfectly. Would be completely lost without it. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I’ve used MoeGo since day one of starting my business in April 2020, I use it for Mobile Grooming. I had virtually not issues with it that entire time of using MoeGo, I use it 6 days a week all day and not one issue! All the functionalities were perfect, and in the right spot. You would think the app couldn’t get better, but alas, when they had me upgrade it to the 2.0 version they proved me wrong, the 2.0 version even better than the first and has soo much more to offer. I love MowGo and I don’t plan on changing. They have a great customer service, they respond quickly. If you’re looking at-least just give three a try first before deciding on another, I promise you won’t want to go back or use any other. At least this is my experience. I played with others, and they just aren’t as user friendly.

Love it!
I absolutely love MoeGo! I used to use MoeGo for my mobile grooming business, and switched to another software when I went feline only in a brick and mortar salon. I almost immediately regretted it, and switched back after 6 months. MoeGo is so much more user friendly, convenient, and professional-looking than the other software I was using! I am so glad that I switched back!

Really easy to use and fit to your salon. The feedback on the support chat is always really helpful and always open to ideas and improving the app.
Grooming
Absolutely love Moego for scheduling appointments and sending out reminders! So far haven’t had any issues except for issue on my part and moego helped me fix it ASAP. GREAT customer service! No more forgetting to send out confirmations and reminders and it reminds me to rebook my clients before they leave! Highly recommend to other groomers looking for software!

As a mobile groomer I need a reliable software to keep track of clientele, dates, times etc. MoeGo does it all! I am extremely pleased with how it has done for me and look forward to using it and would recommend it for any of your business needs!

So efficient!! User friendly!!
I love the software for this app!! So easy to use, and makes scheduling so much easier!! The map view helps you see your route for the day. Smart scheduling is so helpful as well. It allows me to schedule a decent amount of dogs on one day and have enough drive time! Support is always there when you need help and are pretty quick about getting your request done. Super friendly and helpful!!!

Superb app!!
I had looked at many grooming appointment apps for my business, and for the price and ease of use is highly recommended. Anytime I had had a question the answers are quick to come, with clear directions too.

I’ve used a few different apps over the years and this would have to be one the best, easy to pre book customers in my sales have gone up as they are able to book online
