Great program
I just opened my mobile 2 months ago. The MoeGo app has been very easy to use and the few problems that I did encounter were handled quickly by through their online support. I highly recommend this program to other beginning mobile groomers.
Does not work well with iPhone 13 beware
I absolutely love the app…but I’ve had nothing but problems with the iPhone 13 being compatible with it. I have spent a lot of time working with technical support and MoeGo Lilly and the response is they will look into it and they don’t have any issues. It does say on the app information that is compatible with iOS 11.0 and higher. I am not a fan of Samsung products I’ve always had iPhone. I actually just got information from another MoeGo user on their Facebook group and she was saying that Apple does not like the software of MoeGo so they make it very difficult with coding?? I feel that as a consumer we should be made aware of this before we end up purchasing the software. I’m so frustrated because I think the software is great but I think it’s the developers responsibility to make sure it’s working properly on all platforms OR at least provide the information up front.

Great Mobile Service
What every mobile groomer needs to help stay on track. Love that you can set/schedule certain days by area. And the feature to search client within a certain mile radius to see who needs groomed if you have a cancellation. Can’t wait for the clients to be able to schedule with an app on MoeGo 2.0
User Friendly
I recently began working with a new company that uses MoeGo as their operating system. MoeGo has made it an easy transition for me. Their software is very user friendly and their support team is awesome! They are so responsive and not only quick responses but quick solutions! I’m very happy that I moved into a position with such an easy to use system

Mobile groomer
For the first three years of my business I wrote everything down in a book for appointments, I finally decided to get with the times and download an app. Moego has made my life so much easier, it sends reminders for you, it helps with routing, it sends contracts directly to clients and Saves the signed information. Extremely helpful with running a business ! Helps me be more efficient.

Just started using this app and so far it is doing everything I could ask for. Customer service is awesome. They are there to answer any questions you may have.
Everything needs to be paid for
Absolutely loved the first app.
I could download the reports to find out what customers used me most and what my sales were like now I can only access these if I pay the monthly subscriptions
Will now be discontinuing my use of Moego and it no longer provides the tools I need at an affordable price

Everything your looking for all in one
In love with this app. I have always been old school paper and pen for years. Finally made the switch and glad I chose MoeGo!!! They make thing so simple and are very quick to respond to any issues or question that you come upon. And very affordable for what they offer as well!!!!
The best program for grooming business owners
I’ve been using MoeGo for the past 1 1/2 years . Price is reasonable, if you ever need support , they respond quickly and help you with whatever you need . Program is so easy to use with so many features ! Everything is really easy to navigate. I use this program for my Mobile grooming business and it’s seriously the best choice I made !

Used for years
I know it’s been at least 2 years that I’ve used this amazing service and I Tried switching to something else when I started a new endeavor because I thought, well I’m only using it for a week every 6 weeks but I missed it immediately and switched both locations on MoeGo instead of just one! I’ll never cheat again!
