So far so good
I was using square for my scheduling but I hated how I had to individually click into each profile and then some to figure out who I was having that day. This helps a whole lot. The only things I don’t like is 1. I don’t like the “weekly” schedule, it looks way too jumbled, 2. I can’t have set times where customers can book online, they’re just sporadic, and 3. That I would have to pay for extra messaging. Otherwise I think it’ll be a good investment.

Makes work easier
I work alone as a mobile groomer and this app makes it easier, more efficient, and gives me time back that I used to spend sending out reminders texts and collecting info for new clients. Just upgraded to 2.0 so I’m hoping Google calendar sync is introduced soon!
Very user friendly for groomers and clients
I love how easy it is to use moego! I had software that took so many clicks to get to things and moego is a breeze. Also, there is the help chat always on your screen for easy help! . It is super user friendly for my grooming salon and my clients. Also, they have great customer service. Thank you moego!

I spent months researching and trying to find the “best” system, and I finally decided on MoeGo. I’m very glad I did! It is so much easier and seamless than other systems I’ve tried. Making appointments is so easy I could do it with my eyes closed. I love how you can keep track of each pets information. It’s great! Don’t look any further!

Best Groomer’s Software I’ve tried!
I’m a groomer that owns my own business. MoeGo has been a HUGE timesaver for me. I love all the automation from appointment and re-booking reminders to conformations. I love that you can send intake forms and service agreements for them to sign and fill out digitally too!! My favourite groomers software.

Very good app
This app is so helpful and it’s right on my phone it’s also easy to use
Awful
Haven’t received any payments through app. Don’t rely on this app for payments solely. Crashes often. Support always says ok let me forward to our team and never does anything. Staff will have complete control of the final tickets and client pricing and can alter at home so be sure you have trustworthy staff who know your pricing and won’t gouge clients or change commissions. You cannot change these settings or control your business, staff has some control. You will always need a computer despite tablet and mobile design because this is still in beta testing. Payroll reports are confusing and when printed they come out in excel with all xxxx in the data spaces you need for dates and times on clock in and out reports. It’s a nightmare. I spend $50 a month in message refills.
