New update broke it

Was a decent app until this update. Now it won’t launch.

Practically unusable

It never loads or if it does it takes 15 years. I have the most recent updates and have deleted it and downloaded it so many times. If I didn’t have to use it, there’s no way I would recommend it. Buggy beyond belief.

This app is terrible

I don’t have access to messages. I deleted the app and redownloaded it. When I attempt to log in online it says my email is not found. This is ridiculous that an EMR is this poorly designed.

Sign In

Can’t sign in. I’ve tried to redownload the app three times, yet every time I try to sign in it just gets stuck loading or saying the password for the account I already have must have special characters when the website said no special characters. Disappointing

Unable to use

I just downloaded Husk and am trying to sign up for an appt with nutritionist but I get an error ‘Rd not found’ and am unable to proceed . It shows no one available an no other menu options .

Options Limited

The app pairs you with a dietician without any input from the client. There isn’t a way to request a new dietician either. Not every dietician-client pair is going to work. My dietician and I weren’t a good fit for each other and now I don’t have a way to request a new one. This seems like a simple function that was missed that is 100% necessary.

We are currently addressing this issue with our developers and in future versions of the app there will be a functionality to choose your Registered Dietitian when registering. In the interim, if you'd like to be reassigned, we will be happy to work with you to find a better fit. Please email support@huskwellness.com with your request and our team will get back to you.

Doesn’t work

Will not allow me to book anything or have dates available. No way to go any further App really stinks

Unable to track activities

The activity tracker does not automatically upload my activities from the Apple Watch

Hi, Jake. We're sorry to hear you've had trouble with activity tracking. On the activity tracking tab of the app, you should be able to click the HealthKit integration to sync information from your Fitness App. It tracks from the moment you begin the integration, so it will not show past activities. If you are having trouble seeing activity you've done since beginning the integration, please email support@huskwellness.com with your issue so we can solve your problem! Thank you!

Buggy

I was excited when I learned my company offers this but I haven’t been able to do anything in the app for 2 days. It constantly crashes.
