Awful! Disgraceful company
Keep putting £12 charges on for late payments and have put me from 0% interest contract to a 49.9% interest because of these ‘late charges’ but I noticed they were taking my Direct debit out LATE and then blaming me for them bouncing back. I have direct debits set up on that date for a reason, if you don’t take them on time that is not my issue. Already told them I’m taking them to court over it. Disgusting DO NOT USE

Hello Kylelufc1, we're sorry you feel this way. A direct debit would attempt to collect your payment on your due date and would only ever be taken later if this fell on a weekend or bank holiday. Any late payments can cause a 0% interest offer to be removed.
