It was amazing until the updates
Me and my system have used this app for a few months now without any issues, but since the recent update the app will not load at all. It remains on the loading screen saying “Applying Update 76” I’ve already updated the app so I’m confused on why it’s saying that. And once it finishes loading it doesn’t give me true option to log in, only register (I never log out so that also confuses me.) I initially thought it was my phone, until it did the exact thing on my iPad when I tried. I don’t know if it’s a bug or not, but I’d like it to be fixed soon if that okay :(

Love it!!
This app has become the control panel for our system, we don’t have much access to the inner world and have issues knowing who is switched when. But having this app helps us switch more easily, because we can do so visually. And it helps us keep track of everyone in the system. We would really like some type of chat feature though where we could instant message each other and switch altar profiles to do so

App won’t load
We all love this app, as it has made tracking front times much easier. After we updated the app last night, however, nothing on it will load. It shows blank screens on every tab, rendering the app useless. Also, every time we go to load the app, it kicks us back to the “Applying update 76” screen. We’ve sat through that screen so many times hoping that the issue will resolve itself, but the issues persist. We love using this app, and hope that these issues will be resolved as soon as possible (Also we have heard from other systems that they are experiencing the same issues.)

Brilliant app apart from
This is the best app we have ever had for managing our system and it works brilliantly. It has a simple setup which makes it really easy to use for alters who are new to technology and we love it.
However there is one small issue, we’ve noticed that since the update the app takes ages to open and won’t open sometimes, it just shows the “setting things up for you” screen and never loads, It’s only been like this after the update, before it was working wonderfully

it's really accessible for all aspects of being a system and great for front tracking, taking notes and decision making! i also like the fact you can fill out information about each headmate like favourite colour, likes etc. definitely the best app we've used for systems!
Laggy but good
The app is really well done, and I love the accessibility options, however, the app is extremely laggy at times and it takes up to ten minutes for profile pictures to set or load. Sometimes things do not save properly either.
Suggestion: a “gallery” like a folder of pictures of what that person looks like in the headspace instead of just a singular icon.

A Few Complaints
Overall good, but we’ve got a couple complaints. For one, the front history is a bit confusing to understand and could use some work. Secondly, every time the app updates, all of our icons get removed. Every. Time. Adding them back is always a hassle and the app just never wants to cooperate. The icons are a nice aspect, but they’re really just getting the point of not being worth it.

It’s good,just a few tiny issues
I love this app a lot! It helps me keep track of my alters and who’s fronting and things like that. My only complaint I have is when I go and try and open the app it bumps me off and I have to restart my phone to be able to get into it. Also,when I try and make a new folder and add a picture for one of my alters it gets stuck :(

New Update Doesn't Work
I love this app. It helps us keep track of members and their switches so, so well, and our singlet s/o and a few of our singlet friends have it so they know who's fronting when they talk to us, and even allows for special statuses, which we use to log when we have migraines, when we're non-verbal, or when we're at work, so it helps us find correlation between these events and let people know if there's anything else they need to know. It's wonderful.
But after this newest update, suddenly I can't access anything! The screen just says "Setting things up for you" and "Applying Update 76" and sits there. I left it on that screen for over 30 minutes and nothing happened, so I can no longer access the app at all! Some of my friends are having the same issue. Please fix it!

Hey, the server had issues due to having 3x the expected peak number of users, that issue is as since resolved. More issues are currently being fixed and a release to address those will be released asap.
