I like it but..

So into the new update. Well when it wasn’t loading I just didn’t open it because it just wasn’t working and we have no patience. So I was just waiting for the fixed update so I can start using the app again! I have a lot of alters and when I finally updated it- all my alters, friends and history was deleted. I tried logging in and out multiple times as well. We are very upset with this and now we have to redo everything that took us hours to do in the first place. Other then this We really enjoy this app it helps me (the owner of the body) keep track of everything but I’m very stressed now that we have to redo everything.

Issue

As of the past few days I’ve been having problems with the app all of the profiles and front history that I’ve put in are just gone? I can’t see any of the info I’ve put in these past few months I’m hoping this can be fixed as I’m really sad that all the information I put in is gone

New update

I have really loved this app and it’s been super helpful for keeping track of all of us but when I opened the app after the new update all of our information is gone, all of us, front history, polls, friends; it’s like we just got the app. Is there any way to get that information back or something we might have done?

deleted all our info

we used this app so much and it was so helpful , until we went in one day and found everything had been deleted. not going to restart cause who knows if this is going to happen again. all the alters profiles were deleted and all the logs were gone.

Loved the app but now everything’s gone

We’ve been using this app since the moment we could download it on the AppStore because we have a very bad memory, and it’s helped us keep track of a lot. We loved it, it was a lifesaver because we were able to see what was happening and who was around and look back on it later. It was great for seeing who did what events and all that. The little things we needed. But with these last updates it’s all gone. First the app wouldn’t load so we couldn’t log things, but now with this latest update, the app opens but everything is gone. None of our information is there. We lost it all. I’m devastated. Please fix this app. I doubt it’ll get my information back but I want to hold out hope.

We can’t even sign up

We have been thinking about getting this app for our system and so we downloaded it, I clicked the sign up button and was going to sign up with google but It didn’t do anything, so then I was going to go the normal rout of typing in my email and password and it said my email was already in use. I refreshed the app assuming it was a glitch and now im just stuck on the “setting things up for you” loading screen I literally cant even log in to you the app

New update keeps deleting and removing altars or the while system, we don’t have time to constantly re upload everyone

Grate app helps us a lot but .....

This app is amazing it has helped our system so much with keeping track of members and other parts of system life but we recently got logged out due to changing phone and can’t log back in as we don’t remember the email so we made a new email to make a new account but it won’t work and whenever we try to make a new account it says “something went wrong please contact the developers but it doesn’t say how this is all that’s stoping is giving 5 stars as the app is unusable for us right now because of this and there is no clear way to fix it as we have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still won’t work please help

great!! but i don’t like the new update

this is great app that helps our system a lot! we can track when you switch, add multiple people to the front. Every alter can write comments start polls. it’s an amazing app and highly recommend. the thing is the new update completely broke the app! it keeps having the loading screen “setting things up for you” (has been loading for over an hour) it’s so disappointing bc we have been using this for the past 2 weeks and it has helped so much. but because we can’t open it we haven’t logged switches in days. very disappointing. i’ve rede loaded the app multiple times but it’s still not working :/

Kicked out

We love the app, but not long after setting it up we went to open it and it was stuck on the loading screen for a while, then it kicked us out! We tried to log back in but it wouldn’t let us, never loading past the login page, and just said to “contact the developers”. Our username is Nepeta__Leijon
