We like this app a lot so far and thank y’all for making it. We’ve only found a couple problems and theyre super minor.
We’re totally vlind and use voiceover and when we try to set a fronting entry it always shows up that they fronted for three hours. We also can’t figure out how to add notes of what was going on at the time we switched. Other than that, this is an amazing app!

Great but...

We love this app! It is very neat, and you can put a lot of information on here! I love the notes and the fact that it has a front history (now if we can just remember to use it 😅). My only problem is once I downloaded the update, all of my members disappeared. All that time logging all 34 of us, gone. I hope there will be a fix for this because it’s kind of frustrating to lose all of that.

Nice app just one issue

We really really like this app it’s very easy to use and we like how it visually shows our switches HOWEVER, we’re annoyed because we can’t seem to upload photos in the app without linking a URL anymore which just makes it harder for us to add a new user. It’s annoying as a bigger system who constantly gains members. We really like it! We’re just not sure why that feature to upload avatars got removed.

If you’re frustrated, give it time.

This app is not perfect. But it was also released less than three months ago. There have been so many improvements since day 1, and I’m excited to see where it goes next! We hope you guys consider a cross platform integration with PK, or even your own bot in the future so that it’s even smoother. :3

too buggy to be usable

this app is a wonderful concept but right now there are too many bugs for us to be able to use it. we can’t edit any members. any changes we make are just reverted when we save. you dont seem to be able to assign pictures to members at all right now either. for a few days all our data completely disappeared from the app. i guess it was because they were migrating servers but there was no notice or communication in the app that this was happening. — it doesnt really make sense for an app like this to rely on servers to function. almost all of its functionality would work fine with an app that locally stores its data, and as someone who does programming, trying to structure it this way when it isnt needed probably adds unneeded complexity which can cause more bugs and make them harder to fix. for example, the recent issue where the app could not be used for a few days would not have happened if they had not designed it this way. also it means that all data about members you enter into it is probably stored on the developers server. which im sure some people might not want, since this sort of thing is very private to many people. — this app again is a wonderful idea and the developers should be praised for trying to make an app like this but currently it has a lot of issues that make it unusable for us, even though we would really like to use it.

Hey it's odd that you had no notice on the app, it should certainly have told you. Try updating your app to 1.1.9, that should fix most of the issues! :) We agree that the app should be able to be used offline, and part of the migration we did was to a new backend and seemingly didn't work as well offline as we tested. We're currently working to improve this so it works better and better offline. However, yes the data is currently stored on servers, but we do intend to add full-offline support in the future.

great app, except...

this is a wonderful app that has helped my family and i, and the system i'm a part of. it helps us all keep track of what is going on. the only thing that knocks it down a star is the glitches. sometimes i have to delete and redownload the app because it won't open! it's also kind of buggy! sometimes it will delete all of our members, but after a few hours they reappear. it's very annoying and worrying, but after the first time it happened we realized it was just a glitch. it also won't allow us to uplod photos. it did in the beginning, but just recently it's started asking if we are connected to wifi, and won't upload the photos. another issue we notices is that when we go to change the times the twitch ended, it takes a while to load or sometimes it just doesn't show up at all and we can't change the time our switch ended. but like i said, other than that, a great app!

Alter list and Front history removed??

Hello, we had been using this app for a month now. After a little period of not using the app and after the recent update we opened it to update some information, but everything is missing. We had front history and comments, as well as a good amount of us documented but now its like we just started to use the app again. I checked to see if we werent logged in but it even says “Log Out” not sure if this is something you can fix, but we wanted to let you know that this was an issue that happened. Thank you very much for this app otherwise, it’s very helpful for systems who wish to communicate and see who is really around. Best of Luck. -Adam

Hey, can you update to 1.1.8 and see if this still happens? Your data is safe, the servers were having issues.

Amazing app, small issues

Overall it’s an amazing app and super useful. I ran into no problems for a long time and used it daily to keep track of switches and check on the polls. I would recommend this app to any system that needed help with tracking switches, getting to know each other (through the member bios) or make decisions with the help of polls. For some reason now it won’t open and is stuck on “applying update 76.” I’ve been trying to fix it for two days now and it’s not budging. Hopefully this is resolved soon so I can keep using it.

Edit: app is back to normal and I still recommend it. Super easy and helpful.

this app was SUPER amazing, super helpful with tracking fronts and system members... until this new update.

i updated the app and then when i opened it up, all of my data was gone and it still is. i can add new alters and such, but the app seems to be having a hard time uploading pictures. adding back my entire system is going to take a really long time, and i'm not at all looking forward to it.

are we going to get our data back? when will this be fixed?

All of my data is gone

I updated the app today and I am really disappointed to see all of our members and front history has been deleted :( it was working fine for us then this last week the app hasn’t been working and all our data is gone. The review would be much better if this hadn’t have happened.

Your data is actually safe, we are just recovering from the DDoS attack and the servers are overloaded and couldn't handle your requests. The servers should be stable again. Update to 1.1.8 and see if it's all there. If not email us at hello@apparyllis.com and we can see what's going on. :)
