Impossible events
Unless you plan on paying a LOT of money, the events are basically impossible to complete. When games/dice are the most elusive items to generate, an order with three kinds of games will only give you two roses?! And high level orders with drinks/cakes that are second from highest merge level are the same?? How does that make sense? An order with an apple pie is two roses as well, which is ridiculous considering that it still takes a while to get but is considerably more accessible than a majority of the orders that seem to come in. The generation for items needs to adjusted, as well as the order values. If I have a full roster of nothing but practically legendary orders then how am I suppose to progress in the game? Or even enjoy the events? They’re a waste of time with how it is now because it’s impossible to compete in.
I enjoy this game, the design, the colours, the styles. The dialogue needs to be reviewed because of the typos I’ve noticed(teh, aparantly, etc) but that’s fairly minor. Overall, it would be more user friendly if there were the adjustments to make it a bit more fair.

They steal your money for in game play…
I play and have enjoyed the game that is until this recent picnic pass…
when I purchased the upgrade with REAL MONEY to have a shortened time to regain energy because it was worth it in my opinion not overly expensive and allowed me to complete the event.
Then half way through the event I noticed that it was taking full time again to restore energy….
Thinking it was a glitch I contacted them only to be told oh sorry but we removed that in the update… ummm NO you cannot just removed a paid for thing that’s active… that’s theft wait for the event to end and then don’t bring the option back!

Taking a break
Update: Since my last review I'm disappointed to say that the same exact events have been going for months. Edwina, Yuka and the toys events in rotation. I have no motivation to keep playing this. I'm keeping the game on my phone because I love it and want to play more but not if the developers don't add more variety. I'll keep updating until I see something new...
I've been playing this game all summer and I love it! If you're reading this, you should play this game. I'm a huge fan and will definitely keep this game on my phone for a long time. It's great for causual play. However, I am taking a break for a little while because I am ready for some new events. I've done the money game and the roses so many times I feel my head will pop. The toy event is fun and different which is cool but I too am a little burned out on it I'm wondering if the developers are no longer managing this game? Because most games have a constant new and fresh rotation of events but I'm not seeing anything like that here. Even if the mechanisms are the same, the look, style and motivation behind the event can be different. Again, I am a big fan! Have put a lot of money into this game. I love the story line SO much and I don't plan to stop playing full time but after so much repetition my other games have been more interesting.

Game is adorable but needs fixing.
I love the game. It’s beautiful and fun. However, I don’t like how some of the tasks are hard to complete with energy always running out and taking forever to recharge. I can’t get far in the game without reaching a dead end or paying real money. I’m not spending hundreds of dollars every week on this game. This game is just like others, enough to get your attention but you have to keep paying out real money just to play. I’m tired of only being able to play for 2 minutes just to have to wait hours before I can play again. I miss games that were one set price and you can play for as long as you want. Drop the storyline and just make it a endless play. Or make game modes with a storyline and one where you can just play without needing coins and energy and all that crap. Leave it for the story line for a challenge. But for those that want to just endlessly play, help us out here.

Great game
I had originally downloaded it out of depression along with a bunch of other games. Low an behold a few months later I am still playing it and the other games did not survive.
The story line is pretty amazing. You don't actually have to spend money to play the game, you can earn enough gems, energy, coins from events and the one ad you have to watch for free energy a day. For someone who just needs a casual break once or twice a day this game is perfect.
My only complaints is that for some god awful reason, I need internet to actually play this game and that the toy shop event is on the money event, perhaps better if all three events cycled separately?

Congrats to the developers for coming up with such an enjoyable game and an engaging storyline. A plus point being that the developers are a London based company (where I live) so high fives to the lot of you! Love the gameplay, the storyline and the graphics. Am really hoping that Trailmix continues developing equally enjoyable games going forward.

However…and there is always a however…I do have one tiny gripe - that Sven’s workshop uses the same batch of energy as the main game. So I have to sacrifice the energy for one or the other, and usually I sacrifice Sven, which is truly unfortunately as I like the big guy and his partner. If you have a side game like that, you may want to think about it having its own set of energy. Until then, Sven will just have to take a backseat for me.

This game is the best merging game but there’s bugs and som problems I have with it
This is good game but there’s some bugs I will tell you now first this bug is like it shows a bush and a tree the bush is on top of the tree s that’s a bug the final bug there’s only two but basically when you build the dog house you have three options so the second option has a pink doghouse and there’s like some nature like going though it that’s all about bugs but the next thing is I would like you to make energy gat earned by a minute instead of 2 minutes I know that’s kind weird t ask cause it’s only one minute behind but I would like it thanks that’s it over all this is a great game.😊

Wish Items didn’t take soo long to recharge
Been playing the game for five weeks consistently and I’m only at level 22. It takes far too long for items to recharge. I finally merged to get the cat and that took 4 weeks. The challenges are almost rigged for you to lose because you never have enough time, energy or space on the board. Upgrading your fridge space is way too expensive. I’ve already spent almost $50 on this game. Some of the orders are soo complicated, especially the higher level cakes and you barely get any money for needing a week to merge for them.
Update: Finally at level 47 after 3 months of playing. No more new chapters and I’ve just been introduced to the bake-off. It seems cool but I wish I also got to try out Sven’s adventures instead of just the roses and money challenges.

Best Merge Game out there!!
I seriously love this game! Not only is it fun, easy to play while still being challenging, and energy can be stored for later so you don’t get too stuck, it also has a fantastic storyline (that borders on PG13 while still leaving a lot to the imagination)
The characters in this game are diverse-featuring a single mom with pink hair as the main character, a black love interest, asian bff who’s also lesbian, Indian lawyer who is a phenomenal dad, gay uncles one of which is a little person, varying ethnicities, weights, and ages represented in the customers, and a customer who seems to be NonBinary!
I would love to see disabilities represented in this game eventually too!! You guys do amazing!! The tech support chat is always fast and helpful and makes me feel seen and valued! Good on you guys!

Great game! if you are patient
A super cute game that has great game mechanics, engaging storyline and is esthetically pleasing.
If you are an impatient person you will hate having to wait to get more energy and other items. It takes awhile to merge certain foods since the source sometimes needs to regenerate or the energy (lightning bolts) run out. It takes some time for things to refresh. I don’t mind this as it forces me to play in shorter stints, which is better for me anyway (less screen time). Anyone who is more invested and does not want to wait would find this game very frustrating.
