Great game.

I recently discovered this game through an advertisement on another game that I play. I have thoroughly enjoyed this game. However, it is rather annoying how long energy takes to replenish considering how quickly it gets used up. If you can’t decrease the replenishment time, at least offer ads to watch to earn energy. I still have an order that I’ve been working on for 3 days now because it takes SO long to get enough energy to merge all of the right ingredients. Other than the terrible energy issue, this is easily one of my favorite games I’ve ever come across.

P.s… PLEASE stop costing 30 coins just for the characters to have a conversation. It takes too long to earn those coins just to waste them on silly chitter chatter.

Like it but slow

This has so much potential but it is sooooo slow to get the required targets met. I really like the game but it needs something more or quicker game play

Actually Pretty Great

I’ve only been playing this game for 2 days, but IMO if you’ve played one merge game of this type then you’ve played them all. Gameplay-wise it’s identical to games like, say, merge mansion. That said, the dressing on this is extremely nice. The character designs are simple but not to the point where they blend together and you forget who’s who. The animation is smooth, item design is cute. Thus far the character dynamics are very cute to see play out, I’m glad the main character’s daughter doesn’t get forgotten about in scenes and is also not an annoying child character. I can’t give it 5 stars in earnest as, like every game of this type, it’s designed to take your money more than anything else. But if you can resist that particular urge then it makes for a nice 2-3 minute break every couple of hours or so. Very casual

Easily the best of its kind - with a couple minor issues

this is the merge game i downloaded after getting sick of another one's constant ads and bugs. there are no bugs that i've run into with this game and the ads are only there if you specifically ask to view one for a reward - the ideal f2p model!

my two main issues are minor, and not at all enough to discourage me from playing the game - they are, however, enough to discourage me from spending more at times. first, it would be nice to have "event" energy separate from the main game energy when sven's event and any future ones like it come up. i usually choose not to engage with that event because it depletes regular energy and i like the main storyline enough to not want to waste the energy on a repeating event. my other issue is that some items do not scale appropriately. it makes the most sense for items to double in cash return when you merge them, but many items only increase by one coin. this makes selling off items to make room for more inventory for the pending orders a real waste. it would be better if they doubled in value, especially since the items only merge up to about 10 levels.

either way, these are mechanics present in other, similar games, so i only suggest them for that reason. the game is still a ton of fun and i highly recommend it!

Great game, but picnic pass is actually impossible

This is a great and fun merge game. Much better than any other I’ve played. I do wish that energy regenerated faster & items refreshed faster as you can only play in small stints and it takes a long time to complete more advanced orders. That being said, still would give 4.5 stars for the general game play.

My reason for giving a 3 star review is picnic pass. I purchased the golden ticket option for extra prizes and incentives, only to find out that it is literally impossible to complete in the allotted time. The points needed to reach the next level increase steadily, while you’re offered the same amount of quests that don’t seem to increase in value and only refresh once per day. You can continue to receive points for merging items after you’ve completed the specific quests, but that’s only 50 points for 100 merges…and I’m presently at a level where you need to accrue over 1600 points to get the next prize (and I’m less than halfway through the levels so I can only assume it gets more challenging from here). I never would’ve purchased the golden ticket option if I realized that it was actually impossible to complete the event.

Hey there! Thanks for your review and feedback! We have since the release worked on the Picnic Pass to improve the game experience. We would love to know how you feel about it now!

Energy zapping

Never played a merge game before this one. For a while I was impressed, enjoying the dynamics of the game and the accompanying story. But now I’m progressing it’s just ruined by the waiting…zzzz Use up your stars (energy) to create what the customers need. Then spend diamonds to replenish (until you run out of those), or maybe watch up to 3 adverts to gain a bit more energy. Otherwise it’s waiting…. And waiting… and waiting… The waiting seriously outweighs the playing! The game itself is good, it’s a nice story, and the game element works fine.
And now I’ve run out of room on the board, with no space in the fridge! I could free up ONE space, but that mean merging two items that have taken ages to make when I don’t need to. Ridiculous!! Maybe I should look at other merge game to see how they deal with the time wasting energy situation?

Love and pies addict

I enjoy this game a lot. At first it seems hard to progress but after a while it improves also story line is on point so give it a go! And don’t read the next part it’s for the developers 😉

I’m up to date with the game and I have to say the only thing I dislike is the championship bake out. It says to keep serving customers to get ahead but you can’t if all your earning is stars and not coins. Don’t get me wrong I win every time but I feel bad for the players that only get an energy chest after 10 whole days of playing. But also I do love the game so I must still say thank you!

The best of them all

I’ve tried a lot of different merge games after being frustrated with many others lack of story and design in general. Not only is this a game you can tell the devs cared about when making, but it is SO inclusive of all people in it’s characters. Many representation of minorities in a game that doesn’t feel like a cash grab, finally. I actually don’t mind forking over $5 for this kind of quality here and there that I’d have spent on coffee anyways to buy myself a few helpful items. The implementation of being able to watch ads instead of purchase to skip time or pop bubbles is so great for f2p and casual players. The ads aren’t too long and sometimes skip ahead as much as 7 or 8 crystals. I love this game most out of all I have tried. Good job dev team, yall did the dang thang.

Very enjoyable

I’m really enjoying playing this game. It seems very simple but it does require a little bit of skill and planning to progress through the levels.
A big bonus for me is that technical support is so good. They are quick to respond, are always polite and friendly and seem to really take notice of your query. So many tech support teams just ask you to send screen shots and reload your game and that’s it! These guys are great 👍🏻
Am also loving the new addition of Picnic Pass. This is a really nice incentive to keep playing with useful prizes.
Well done to all involved.
5 stars well deserved

Good but could be much better…

let me start of by saying I really enjoy playing this game. The personal touches to the restaurant, the different recipes, its all really nice and fun to play with. My only real complain is the pace of the game. I can only accomplish a couple orders a day because there is so little energy to work with. That and every individual order type is different aka beverages are mixed, pantry is mixed with apples, bread, pesto etc. I enjoy the game and would enjoy playing more in the sense of completing more orders and discovering different recipes!!! It took me soooo long to get the pesto, and I still haven't been able to make a two tiered cake :( The customer has been waiting for days!!! I want more orders, new recipes, different ingredients, more renovations, all of it!!! I do enjoy the merging, but I want to merge more! Also there aren't any side games or variety to the game. Its always the same two competitions with the Dash and Ericas Date, it gets repetitive and is expected. I think this game has alot of potential it just needs more UMPH!
