Charged me twice
I only needed it to send one document because I was in a pinch. Paid the one week fee and cancelled subscription. Two weeks later I got charged another subscription fee although it says cancelled. I’ve read this has happened a few times to other people.
Didn’t work - Don’t waste your money
I purchased the app because I was on a tight deadline and didn’t have time to send via mail. Just found out that the agency they were supposedly faxed to never received any of the 8 faxes I sent them. Also I had to send multiple faxes breaking up the documents because eight pages are apparently to big of a file size to send at one time.

Pros: I was able to send a fax through the app without a problem, wahoo 👍
Cons: the option to have your own fax number isn’t legitimate. I paid for 2 weeks and was unable to receive any faxes during that time even while on the phone with someone trying to fax me multiple times. I reached out for a refund on the 2 weeks paid only to be met with the sound of silence from 👎 uncool

Waste of Money
Needed to send a fax so downloaded this. Had to pay the $9.99, but faxes failed to send each time, claiming no fax signal detected. When I dialed the same number by phone, I immediately heard the fax signal. So the app is the issue, and as it is a subscription, there is no way to get a refund apparently. Don't bother with this.

Cancellation is Misleading
Faxing works well but when I paid the subscription it said you can cancel in Settings but there was nowhere to cancel. Waiting to hear back from support.

I want my money back
Somehow I got charged for the 53 dollar for a year when I just wanted the 8 dollar weekly. I’ve contacted Customer Support twice and didn’t hear back. The documents I tried sending didn’t even go through and I tried twice. This app is a complete scam. Do not purchase anything within the app.
Subscription scam
Would be great to actually not have to drive a half hour to fax one thing every 20 years. But apparently evens apps make you pay for a month minimum. If you had half a brain youd off single use fee uses. Im not paying $10 for a month of something im never going to use again. Dense
Terrible customer service
The app did not work at all the first day I used it. I purchased a year subscription of this app because it was one of the best rated. I immediately emailed customer support after the very first fax I attempted to send failed repeatedly, but I did not receive a response. I have emailed again on multiple occasions, but I have not received any response.
