I purchased a UK number through OnPhone, and when it expired, I received no notification or reminder about renewing it. Without warning, they cancelled my number, and now someone else is using it! This is extremely frustrating because I had used that number to register for several important services, and now I have to go through the tedious process of blocking and deleting it from various databases. Losing access to such a critical piece of information with no communication from OnPhone is unacceptable. You need to improve your customer service and renewal process.Show lessLükãs

Thank you for the feedback. We're sorry to hear about your recent experience. The number is renewed automatically if you have enough coins on your balance and you have not disabled auto-renewal. A few days before the number expires, you will be sent a warning notification so that you can renew the number if you have disabled auto-renewal or do not have enough coins on your balance. If you do not pay for the renewal of the number, it will expire. We are sorry that your experience was negative and would like to discuss your concerns in detail. I paid $28 for a number you could have for a month if you subscribe to their app. Turns out the number doesn’t work at all and when I asked for a refund, they instantly rejected it, leaving me with a number that I have paid for that doesn’t even work. This app was extremely promising and I was excited to get set up and use a few additional numbers across my business however it was impossible to get the documents I was submitting to be verified. I would highly suggest to the developer that you change the process of submitting documents as the current version isn’t user friendly. Let down in an urgent situation - if you don’t have Spanish numbers then don’t advertise saying that you do.

Bought the monthly subscription to get a number for my Japan trip, then got told O need to upload my business registration and all sorts of legal documents in order to get a Japan number, which I don’t have, this information was not displayed before the payment for the number, so I paid for nothing.
