Awful Service
Attempted to purchase a number requiring document verification. Not a problem. Initial documents (government issued) not accepted, so new documents submitted. Apparently electricity is not a utility, so more documents submitted. Support blames “the operator” and despite compliance with all requests made (including finding a water and sewage bill which is apparently the only essential utility), documents continue getting rejected.
I feel I have given a large amount of sensitive data over to an organisation I do not feel safe with. I would avoid this company if you value data privacy. They have taken my money but I have requested a refund.
Support states “just choose a number that does not require verification”, which is insufficient for my purposes. That is not useful advice. No meaningful efforts to resolve, just answers in broken English from “support”

Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. You can choose any other number where document verification is not required if the provided documents were rejected. st recently, have learnt that you cannot control a person’s faithfulness. I was married to my ex-partner for four years with a daughter and i had no idea she was cheating on me with another man in Ohio. The immense love I had for her overshadowed signs that she was being unfaithful. It all started when I observed certain changes in behavior and the way she held her phone so closely. I had to share this with a co worker during my shift at work. He went on to refer mr. Dustin, a ‘top of the line’ private investigator/ cyber security expert. I immediately wrote to his email address at ghosthacker5775@gmailcom and explained what I wanted in details. We agreed on an affordable price with a refund policy if I’m not satisfied with the service. Of course, I didn’t need the refund because, not later than 2 hours, he gained access to my ex partner’s call history, her texts, location, social media apps including messenger and Snapchat. I felt utterly used but at the same time, weirdly satisfied that I finally found out the truth. I could not bear the secrecy for long so I filed for a divorce as soon as I could. I’m really thankful to Dustin for helping me out of my situation. Purchased this especially for social and the route you to the specific area where available number for that specific social app and it doesn’t work ! Don’t get this app since day 1 of subscription they never make it up and and after you subscription is over they tell they cannot do anything now since subscription is finish. This kind of app shouldn’t be on Apple Store because it kills the trust with Apple too since they allow them to be there. Beware.

After requesting a refund from the Apple Store they did refused at first then I explained and was ready to show them the useless discussions with OnPhone app that Apple did refund me.
Too bad we cannot share pictures there otherwise I would have share screenshot of OnPhone customer support…. Again beware of this app, they offer phone number for specific social and it doesn’t work and will not make right to you-BEWARE-Show lessTa mère en folie

Needed it to make calls t AU while in the UAE. You can’t take or call internationally in the UAE.
Was super expensive though, 1phone call costed me like $40. Not very cost efficient so I will not use again.AnonymousA16

The cost of the call also depends on the duration of the conversation. International calls can generally be more expensive than local calls.
