App needs some work
First thing I want to say is Cuddeback has a great thing going with the Cuddelink. BUT I have had nothing but problems with using the app and cellular side. The app is not easy to use and you can tell that they did not put much effort into it. I really hope they fix it or I will have to go to a different manufacturer.

Great cameras, horrible app
Cameras and the link system are top notch. The app is not user friendly. I think the Nov 24 update broke some features. The pictures aren’t in chronological order. There are misspelled words like “Extermal”. I do not get any notifications from the app, just emails of new photos. No acknowledgment of changes when you make them in the app. I can tell the cam to take a pic, but you don’t know if it will happen until you get an email with the pic.

Update needs a update
Was pretty happy before the update now I’m not . Refresh doesn’t work. Don’t think my cameras are working as well as before. Was in the stand watching deer by a camera and not a picture. Come on guys time to take it to the next level

Pretty bad when a cheaper camera you can go on the app and make camera take a picture without having to wait for it to link up before it takes the picture would make it easier the make sure cameras working without having to go in the feild to check them
The new update made things worse!
While the app has always been clunky, it’s worked fine. The new update makes viewing the reports difficult to see and you cannot see all camera details. Reviewing photos and saving or deleting them is much slower now also. You’ve also reduced the benefit of getting texts but kept the same price or gone up. It’s also freezing on photos when you try to delete them. Time to hire a developer to focus on your app if that’s the only way to view photos. I’m about to sell my system and so are many of the friends I recommended buying your mesh system over the years unless you fix things.

When I bought my cameras I had text through Verizon. Y’all have put a stop to that so tacticam it is
Wanting us to pay more money for text photos through Verizon. Your product just turned to junk in my eyes not what I paid for.
This app and cameras need a lot of work
The app has no special features like other cameras. It does not work correct. When you want to change a camera there is no apply button so you don’t know if it works. I loved my regular non cell cudde back but these are just awful. Slow trigger speeds, takes forever to get picture, just terrible to use all around. I really hope they send ability to trade in for the money it takes to buy these cameras. I do not recommend to buy these cell cameras at all.

Lots of promises, but…
Lots of promises, but the app just does not fulfill those promises. Setup is cumbersome. Cases are NOT (3 cameras so far), waterproof! Image quality is poor with little line-definition (fuzzy details where an image changes). Cellular is Slow, slow, slow and sometimes even slower!
If I hadn’t invested in 9 cameras and all the accessories I’d switch in a heartbeat!

Worst app on the market currently
Latest update broke the refresh button.. when I apply filters to organize the display of photos from different cameras they never apply.. it doesn’t notify you when a picture is taken. And the app is overall difficult to navigate, all while the picture quality isn’t any better than any other top 5 brand cameras

App isn’t very useful and freezes when pictures are loading.
