Crashes when trying to change password
The password reset function crashes every single time so I can’t use the app. Disappointing.Hunting forever

The app is absolute garbage. It crashes more times than not and they get you suckered into getting charged for server space. Buy a different camera and use another platform.Hi9cattle
Needs work
My biggest complaint is it won’t alert my phone with a sound or vibrate, all I get is a message on my screen and from all the settings I’ve gone through I can’t see how I can change that. App is not very simple or easy to navigate either. Could definitely use some work, think I will be switching all my Cuddeback cams over to Tactacams - cheaper and easier to useShow lessToothpickflinger22

After all of the hype this app is a joke doesn’t even find the cameras in the report but I get pictures from them but don’t know the status of them sends pictures late if at all

I am so disappointed in the link system the home doesn’t seam to communicate with the cameras even though I have checked the link level of all of the camerasand they are all good signals .
I can’t tell if it’s the poor app or the poor system over all.Be Better
Buying a product made in America should just mean it’s flat better. This is not what’s happening here. Pay attention to your competition and just do better. I have used SpyPoint and Tactacam. I had heard so many good things about Cuddeback from old school hunters. I was shocked and disappointed at how barely functional your products are. I’ve also mentioned this to several others who told me they sold their systems after trying them.
You guys aren’t going to survive as a company like this. Be better.Show lessD.Johnson
Great for viewing images
I use the app for viewing images from my network. It works as it should and allows me to save and send images to friends and family.WI Monster

Not sure why others are having issues, but I’m finding this app to work as advertised. I loaded it, but opted to continue getting pics via email to make sure I was receiving all pics thru the app. It has delivered 100% thus far, two weeks in. And all the filter and sort features work properly.
I will note that I haven’t tried changing camera settings from inside the app yet. Frankly, I don’t care if that functions or not because it’s just as easy to log into the camp account from my phone to do that anyway.Show lessGroove Hog
