Sorry to hear that you don't like our Mobile Banking app. We are working on making some improvements which we hope will solve the issues you've highlighted. If you are looking for a more traditional bank statement please give us a call and we can arrange for one to be posted to you.

Hi, please log on to Online Banking on your PC and follow the instructions. The Mobile Banking app is looking for a QR code which is part of the registration process which you initiate when you log on to Online Banking. There are also Mobile Banking guides on our website which give you detailed instructions. If you have any issues please call our customer service team and they will be able to help you.
No notifications
I don't remember seeing any notifications and what's more, the Apple settings doesn't even have an entry for Santander International app.

Hi, if you're concerned that someone has picked up your phone and gone into your Mobile Banking app and read a notification then we recommend that you change your password immediately. Direct Debit / Standing Orders
Some months the amount changes - oil may need reduced to £80 for example.
The app doesn’t allow you to adjust the amount.
Also the app doesn’t allow references / search references.
If my elec bill came I would like to do a quick transaction search to see how much I’ve saved to pay the bill.
Can features be explored?

App stopped working after update

Hi, sorry to hear that you're not happy with the app. For security reasons we can't send anything via email as we need to protect your personal data. If you have forgotten your 6-digit PIN then you will need to call us so that we can set you up on the app again. Apologies for the inconvenience this will cause but this is for the security of your personal and financial information.
