An amazing app by physios that tells you exactly what you need to be doing each day for your body. I also love how it keeps track of all your workouts in the log section – almost like a diary that you can look back on and see where you are at / create goals. The explore section where you can search for guided meditations and physio self release sessions is something I use all the time. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for online classes and programs that are quality driven and that are backed by professionals.
