Best workouts ever!!

I started following PJ on You Tube and was immediately hooked so it was only natural to join Over Fifty Fitness. The variety of the workouts fits everyone’s needs and the monthly calendars takes the guess work out of what should I do today. Last the various challenges push me beyond what I think I’m capable of and give me a pure sense of achievement.

Amazing platform!

As a 58 year old, I’ve always tried to keep fit all my life. I’ve tried numerous different classes, gyms, home workouts but this one is a game changer! Found PJ on You Tube and didn’t take long to join Over Fifty Fitness..an amazing choice of highly professional fun workouts! Everything from beginner to advanced. Really good value for money too!
Cannot recommend this highly enough.if you are serious about aging strong but safely this is for you! Just love it ! 🥰

Best Workout App

I recently found OFF and wasn’t sure if I would find the workouts challenging. Well, that question was answered after the first workout! Even though it’s called Over Fifty Fitness, don’t think these workouts won’t challenge you because they will. Super attentive to their members. I look forward to my workouts every day!

Haven’t felt this strong and healthy since my 30s!

I’ve been enjoying PJs workouts for a little over a year now. I started as a Patreon member and moved to OFF subscriber because I’m so pleased with the results. The workouts have been an important part of reclaiming my health. I love the monthly calendars and not having to think about what workout I’m going to do for the day. The variety keeps me motivated and the challenges keep me progressing. Thanks PJ and the OFF team!

Over Fifty Fitness is THE BOMB!

I have to say that PJ is my absolute hero. I have been doing her workouts since covid started and I love her! My journey with PJ did not start good because I was not used to weight training and I went in with both guns blazing. BUT, with perseverance and listening to PJ’s words of wisdom about working out, do’s and don’ts I appreciate her more than I can say. I used to only do cardio and weights now and then, but realized i was losing muscle mass as I got older and I wanted to be fit and strong as I aged.
This platform PJ has created is so very helpful because there are so many people who are good trainers and you can benefit greatly with variety in styles and types of workouts.
PJ is always my fav, but I have done others workouts on here and they are good too! I love this app, the variation in workouts to intense to moderate and stretches, you can vary your workload as you train and I love the results. I am 65 and I am getting stronger because of this platform, I can feel it and see it! I will never stop and I am very grateful for covid only because covid was why I started looking for online trainers who were good.
Don’t hesitate if you want to start training, OFF is the end of your search!!

Amazing fitness platform

I initially found PJ on YouTube and decided to try the app to go ad free for the workouts.
I love the workout calendars and challenges! They have really changed my life, her workouts are never boring, always challenging and I love that she coaches you through the moves throughout the videos.
On Over Fifty fitness I have the added bonus of additional content and challenges. The Rehab/Prehab section is excellent!

Perfect mix of workouts

I love Over Fifty Fitness. I rely on the monthly calendar of work outs to balance cardio, strength, stretching, flexibility and balance. The work outs are fun and include many alternatives depending on strength level, past injury, and work out equipment. I can do them anywhere. I enjoy the chance to use weights, try out barre work, experiment with Qi Gong, return to Pilates, and also get some restorative stretching. I’m 57 and in decent shape but keep injuring myself doing online routines led by 20-somethings. I appreciate PJ’s sense of humor and all the other trainers seem great! Highly recommend this app.

This app and group of excellent humans are excellent!! I have been with them for over 3 years and see them 5 days a week!! They are a very intricate part of my life and make me a better person♥️ Rave to you all, and thank you PJ for creating this wonderful space and for being exactly you!!😊
