Fabulous fitness app
A huge number of workouts from a range of different instructors (cardio, strength, yoga, etc) with options for the experienced right through to beginners. Either pick your own workouts or follow suggestions, either way you know sessions are tailored for those of us at the peak of our lives! Plus it has none of those annoying ads you get on free platforms. The 14 day free trial gives you a good chance for a look around, and I was converted as soon as I’d tried it.

Over 50 Fitness love!
I’ve been working out with PJ for over a year and followed her to the OFF app and haven’t looked back. The variety, range of expert advise, ease of use snd engagement keep me moving 4-5 days week. Even my ‘loving husband’ is intrigued and thinking of participating!

Fabulous Fitness App for the Over Fifty - heck for everyone
Love this app - found Fitness with PJ on YouTube and started working out with her - did a free trial of the app and I was hooked! Cheaper than a gym membership, can workout wherever you are, when it fits your schedule! Love the team’s style - lots of cueing, and direction. Modifications given for exercises if you have hip, knee, shoulder, wrist issues and the warm ups and stretches are awesome- they take the time to stretch out the muscle groups you worked so you can move the next day! Also can stream the workout to your TV or device so you aren’t stuck looking at your phone for the whole workout. 💪🏻🏋🏻♀️

Life changing
Like many women over forty- I found myself short on time and getting flabby! PJ changed all of that and this app took it to the next level. She has taught me that being consistent with the right exercises gets you better results faster. Enter Over Fifty Fitness and now I can control how many minutes I have and quickly view other tools to stay on track -like the calendar which organizes strength, cardio, mobility and balance etc! If you are ready to get serious about getting “the tush of your twenties” hit GET and go get it!

Life changing
I discovered PJ during lockdown and religiously followed her workouts to the benefit of my figure and mental health . Finally a real genuine trainer who gets me ! Who knew I would get excited by queening out in my living room ! And now I have access to 8 x PJs - yoga Barre, Pilates , to name a few . PJ will always have my heart but I am slowly flirting with her fine colleagues on the app - loving the no ads broadcast and the fact you can filter by mood , time or body art for the workout each day day

Finally!!!
I am 47 y/o mom of 3 with a full time, demanding job. I am around 215 pounds, so I need something that fits my ability. I have worked out with PJ before and can basically not keep up and get discouraged. PJ and her team have, with this app, met me where I am as a beginner with lots and lots of opportunities to challenge myself even as my ability grows. I recommend this to all the people like me out there. It will give you the encouragement you need to get moving. Thank you PJ and team—shout out to Erika for beginner 21 day challenge!
