Best thing to come out of stupid COVID

PJ and her team are the best workout program I have ever participated in. Options. Fun. Challenging Short and sweet and sweaty. The only thing that could be better is to meet her in person. Do this! You will not be sorry!

This app ticks all the boxes for your fitness needs! Great variety of workouts, trainers who articulate exercises and movements to ensure proper posture and form to target the right areas, and the monthly workout calendar that lets you just click and go without having to plan your own routines… it’s Fabulous!!!

Expert, motivational, fun workouts

I found PJ a little over a year ago and I’m so glad I did! I have gone from talking little or no exercise, to working out 5 or 6 times a week! I feel much fitter and stronger!
PJ is a fantastic trainer, and she has an depth knowledge of anatomy and how best to train safely.
She also has a fab sense of humour and makes me laugh during workouts.

Awesome App!

This App has changed my life. I have always been active but I needed to find a way to keep active that was challenging, safe and interesting. Over Fifty Fitness is easy to navigate. It offers a variety of high quality workouts from meditation to advanced strength and cardio. I love the feature that allows you to choose your workout based on time and fitness levels. It has an amazing variety of fitness challenges. I would recommend this App to anyone over 40 that wishes to keep in great shape.

Just try it!

I am truly enjoying a community of wonderful, supportive people while having a fitness calendar provided monthly. The instructors are amazing, funny, and inspiring while explaining the why behind their actions and always giving modifications knowing we are all at different stages/levels. I highly recommend this to anyone! Just give it a try. You won’t be disappointed and I bet you’ll even find you love it!! The app is great, user friendly and ads free!!

The only fitness app I have stuck with. Good variety, effective workouts. Options for lower or higher intensity keeping you challenged and building strength. No fluff just quality content.

Love This App!

I absolutely love the workouts on this app. There are a variety of trainers offering a large variety of different types of workouts. I especially like the monthly workout calendar, which makes it so easy to make sure I’m doing the right mix of strength, cardio, and flexibility.

Best workout app

This app has been great and PJ’s workouts are amazing. The monthly calendar makes it so easy to stay on track. It is also nice to be able to stream the workouts to your tv. I highly recommend this app.

Best app for the over fifty!

Since I discovered PJ in 2020, I have been an avid follower of her You Tube channel and a patron. But since she created the OFF app, the world just opened to me! Pilates, Barre, yoga, mobility, strength and cardio workouts specifically for the over fifty, I could not ask for a better fitness app. The instructors are top notch, and I love that I get to decide on the intensity of my workouts. Some days, I want to hit it hard with cardio or strength, other days when I’m feeling achy, I can choose a barre or yoga workout. I just love love the amazing choice of workouts that this app offers. It is well worth the monthly subscription. I am not disappointed!
