This app and group of excellent humans are excellent!! I have been with them for over 3 years and see them 5 days a week!! They are a very intricate part of my life and make me a better person♥️ Rave to you all, and thank you PJ for creating this wonderful space and for being exactly you!!😊
Works for me!
I started doing some Fitness with PJ workouts on the recommendations of a friend and ended up joining Over Fifty Fitness. It’s good value. Challenging (I now own 20lb dumbbells I never did before!) yet appropriate . PJ and the others ‘keep it real’ and help me feel fit and powerful, not old!

I’ve been exercising with Over 50 Fitness for a few years now and it’s become the core to my workout routine!! I’m so grateful to PJ and her team. They bring knowledge , joy and enthusiasm to their programs and I so enjoy the challenges and variety! I’m now 65 with osteoporosis but work out almost daily with OFF and feel stronger than ever! I don’t quite feel grounded without my daily workout and stretch. Thanks so much for all your energy that you all share with us!💪👍🙌

Great selection of workouts!
I like the great selection of available workouts and the accommodations or alternatives for those who can’t do certain exercises, such as push ups. Now that that I’m in the Over 70 category, I’m looking for routines in the 20 minute range and a little easier on the joints. Thanks, PJ!

Options for any day or mood
I love the variety and the programming of the OFF workouts. I can always find something to suit my time constraints or mood. PJ is my absolute fave. I started with her free content on You Tube and graduated to the OFF platform over a year ago. No regrets - the content is high-quality and mood-lifting!

Feeling so much better!
Towards the end of 2023 I was lacking serious motivation to get to the gym on a regular basis. I used to be a gym rat, started lifting weights at 16, teaching aerobics at 17 and even met my husband at the gym I worked at. Fast forward to 39+ years later and I just didn’t want to do it anymore. My body was breaking down, a bad right hip and a bad left knee really made for terrible workouts and just a lack of balance. My sister had been with PJ for 4 years or so and always told me how much she loved her. So one morning I woke up and decided to give the OFF app a try and I haven’t looked back!
I am so happy to report that my hip and knee have gotten so much better! I can balance on one foot, hiking no longer hurts and I’m back to doing squats and lunges like I used to! All this after only 5 months! I can’t wait to see how much further this journey takes me. I would recommend this app to anyone, regardless of age. In fact, I have my 29 year old doing some of Miranda’s dance routines from last month’s challenge and she loves them and gets a good workout!

Love it
I’m not quite yet the big 5-0 but was looking for someone on YouTube I could relate to and found PJ, using the videos over the last two years on and off, always enjoyed it -PJ sense of humour got me through the touch bits. 🤣
This year I wanted to get really fit and did a21 day challenge in January and then signed up and haven’t looked. Exercising every day now and it shows. 💪
All the coaches are are great, love that it’s never longer than 45 min (easy to built into busy life) and there are always options for the little pains developing with age.

Great fitness app with lots of options
PJ and the others on this app provide a great workout experience for beginners, intermediate athletes, and people who want advanced options. I enjoy that the workouts on this app are cued — the instructors provide actual instruction regarding form — to keep our muscles and joints healthy! I also really like the monthly workout calendars — I don’t have to think about which workout to do since someone with 30+ years of training experience has done it for me! Finally, I enjoy the variety — cardio, weights, barre, yoga, dance, mobility. You name it, this app probably has it.
