Hit and miss
When this app is working it is good, but when it isn’t , it’s awful. This app is supposed to help with communication between a residential care facility and family members. Information is often missing, and when this is queried i have been told to log out and in again, or reinstall the app. On these occasions my existing log in ceases to work and I have to request a new one. This is frustrating and time consuming. In truth I am not sure if the problem is with facility or the app, but either way it isn’t working at the required level consistently.
