Useless

Keep trying to make bookings and it keeps saying network failed, swapped from wifi to data back to wifi and it’s not my connection that’s the problem. Cmon mate

Network error

used to work fine, but now i can’t even book cause it keeps saying network error even though i have stable wifi connection.

Bummed

I was so excited to read about this service, thought it would be great for my young boys to catch a ride to school on rainy days by themselves rather than me ubering with them to and from school also would be cheaper too. I’ve given a 3 star rating cos I’m guttered that my area isn’t included and hope that the service is expanded to the rest of the Papakura area in the near future.

Unable to book a ride properly

Used to work fine until recently I’ve been getting some network error.

not that great for mornings

every single morning i try booking in for 7-7:10 and i never have any luck. but when i’m walking to the station i see multiple vans or cars drive past. i’ve tried booking the day before, in the morning as soon as i wake up and before i leave. it’s really unreliable. there’s vans that can take so many people but i see them drive past or pick someone up and there’s only one person, same thing with the cars. bookings for afternoons aren’t the greatest but it’s better that trying to book in the morning. please change something because it’s really really not reliable

Not suitable for family man

It doesn’t work if you have dependants. Such precision timing to show up at a destination is not practical with a toddler at home.

App not working

Hi just wondering why i cant open the app? Is there anything i can do to open it my phone is up to date with IOS.

Great job by AT

I am using this service almost daily. Specially this is really good for someone like who doesn’t drive. Please continue this further. Could be much better of we can add our visa card ans do the payments in the app itself. I can see there is an option to add card details, but it doesn’t work. Getting and error at the end.
