  • Subscribed to premium and all it does is crash

    I can’t even try it out. Every time I open the app, it crashes. It sure stayed on long enough for me to “subscribe” though.

    I just moved and have have new WiFi, and it won’t let me connect to my old equipment without paying!!

    This is awful . The app is not stable and neither is its
    Management . Updates are not functional and create more trouble than the previous version.
    A update is often followed by a apology by the CEO . The price of the speakers are out ragious by to days standards . Sound quality is very good .
    JBLs is better for far less money and far less trouble . My Roam 1 is nothing but junk . The bridge
    I paid so much money. For has never really work and when it did it was not stable . The only thing I have had more trouble with is my Japanese refrigerator.
    It has melted my ice cream way to many times .
    I will be moving to JBL and Apple Music .

  • Scam!!

    It doesn’t work well at all. The app will ask you to buy the lifetime subscription and it doesn’t offer anything for the subscription. It plays only one single song. There are no other options. No albums, no playlists nothing. It is a scam. Now fighting to get my money back!
  • Sonos updates

    Now app will not even start. No error message to go on.

    Lousy updates, I have no service for my home system now. Thanks (sic).
  • Sonos assumes too much

    Your system is not intuitive and requires a level of computer knowledge that many older users do not have. Your company is trying to push us off of our laptops and desktops and onto our phones. For older people and those who have impaired vision, the phone screen is too small. It is not accommodating to force us to use phones. It is probably unlawful and discriminatory.

    My former Sonos app supposedly requires updating and the “updated “app doesn’t work

    I used to love Sonos, but now the app can never find my system, my living room arc randomly turns on and plays music and sometimes stops playing. The most frustrating is when I open the app to turn my music down and it can no longer locate my system. The product has turned into complete garbage. I returned my latest speaker because it kept falling off the system even after adding boosters in my home.

  • Greatly frustrated

    Unable to connect my speakers, can’t figure out which of your many apps works with you ikea speakers after a forced update
