Great concept if it actually worked. Format is not compatible with phone. Unable to read milestones most of the time. Takes days to reflect after sending invoices.Lame

As a vendor having to submit my invoices through to a property management company with this software my experience over the last 6 months has been frustrating to say the least. Starting with trying to reach someone by phone: after several attempts I gave up and sent an email and received an automated message back saying they were away and wouldn’t be back for 4 days.
It is not very intuitive, it requires me to basically enter my invoice information into it which takes time. It often won’t recognize my password and I have to create a new password. Not fun. I spent 4 hours one day trying to submit 7 invoicesShow less
