I bought a WiiM Mini and I noticed a big jump in my streamed music fidelity. Then I downloaded the Tidal app and it jumped again. Just try it. A super small investment and no long term commitment. You will know right away what I am talking about.Alakanuk1
Works great!
Much better than my Marantz software. My solution is to hook up my WiiM to my Marantz streamer via Toslink. Then I have the best of both worlds!PGS NYC

Not formatted to fit screen
The soft keys to play favorites and playlists are unusable. This makes Tidal useless. The soft keys are located at the top of the screen and not touch activated on iPhone nor Other Apple devices. This is a recent problem caused by an upgrade. Recommend not using this app.Very Old School
Works well Room for improvement
I’m new to WiiM. Value is great. App a little rough. Example-the queue cannot be deleted in a single swipe. Each song has to be removed individually! Artwork is blurry. I use the same artwork on other streamers and it is crystal clear. It would be great if you could select albums by seeing the Artwork, but not yet available. Pandora was released as promised. One thing you cannot do is create a playlist just by selecting from the list of available songs. You have to create a playlist by actually playing the song and selecting it. Sort of crude. So far the the team seems responsive in answering questions. They seem to focus on adding music services instead of making the app user friendly. There is a lot of potential here as long as they execute!
Update. Continuing to get better but still have a number of simple things that could be done to make the user experience better. One example: if you are scrolling through the Album names you must scroll all the way from the first album in your collection until you get to the Album you want to listen to. It’s ok if you have 30 albums to get to ZZTop’s First Album, but if you have 3000 albums you have a LOT of scrolling to do to get there! A better way would be to have A-Z down the right side of the screen, tap Z to take you to the first album that starts with the letter Z and then scroll from there. It’s not perfect, but better than scrolling from beginning to end.Show lessBoblK

Went from 4/5 to 1/5 with new update
I was really enjoying using this product and app until the new update came out. Now it won’t even let me open the app without it crashing and the music plays for 1 second before cutting out too. Paid way too much on this to be having these issues.Kailee17
