Excellent thus far
App is quick and responsive opening music libraries. WiiM shows a road map of planned future updates right within the app settings and they seem to be very serious about their timelines - adding significant features and creating more and more value to their product. Well done guys !grunr

Decent but Still Needs Work
Interface is almost as good as BluOS but not quite there.
Some bug fixes needed:
The app pulls up approximately only half of my favorite tracks in my Qobuz account.
When I switch tracks it causes a pop through my speakers, this is with an external DAC being fed by the WiiM Pro’s coax output. Hope this can be remedied with a future firmware update as it’s very annoying.
It fails to add new tracks to my favorites lists about 50% of the time.
Overall it runs a bit slow compared the a Node running BluOS. If these bugs are addressed I’d prefer the product to BluOS because the latter has an obnoxious running playlist feature that cannot be disabled. At least the WiiM app doesn’t insist on adding each track to a running playlist everytime you select it.Show lessrolls59

Wiim’s app is one of the best functioning apps I’ve ever used, and actually is faster than many of the native media apps themselves (Tidal, for instance).ReviewGoogler
Excellent Software Integration
I’ve used the mini and now the Pro, and they’re punching way above their weight, easily two of the best streamers available at their price points and beyond. BUT, it’s the app integration that makes them top shelf! Very well implemented and frequently updated! Do yourself a favor and purchase a WiiM Mini or WiiM Pro, and enjoy the app!Show lesscshawnb

The Killer Streamer
The streamer I have been waiting for. Fantastic functionality, superb intuitive software, bargain price. This streamer cannot be beat. Just add your favorite DAC and you have a potentially better Bluesound for a fraction of the cost. I added a Denafrips Ares 12th and now am in audio heaven. Good job WiiM Audio!Show lessNickByTheBay

Using Qobuz inside WiiM
I’m giving only three stars because WiiM has very limited ability to organize my favorites, which now include hundreds of artists and thousands of albums. Qobuz native app allows alphabetical order and dating, and selection by genres, but WiiM app does not allow these Qobuz features to work.
My PS Audio Stellar Strata integrated amplifier/DAC/streamer must use the WiiM app to properly stream music services in hi-res.
Please improve the WiiM app for increased artist and genre functionality.
