I like the idea the problem with the app is truthfully this app shouldn’t have been release yet with all these bugs first time downloading the app reading what the app has to offer it sound interesting thinking to my self this app is something I definitely would need since I drive a short range ev n would need to app to plan routes for long distance should I ever need to but the first time trying to plan a route trying to see how the app function to find that at 22% the app crashed I reopened the app and tired again I was hopeful to see it reach 26% before it crashed again now imagine someone not testing the app just assuming it works 100% of the time to put themselves in that position where the app would have to work or then could be strandedShow lessJayjayChap

I drive a 2012 Chevy volt and from what I can tell it looks like this app dose not support my car. Since it’s a hybrid I understand that’s it’s not your normal EV, but having support for the Volt and other hybrids would be great to have! App looks promising, just could use a few more cars.Squids35

Thank you for that feedback! While trip planning is specifically for fully electric vehicles, you can still use the map function to find charging stations for your Volt. Ridiculous routing
Let’s be honest here - the routing is a joke. Bakersfield to Costa Mesa, CA. This app suggests that I drive passed Superchargers along the usual route and go all the way to San Gabriel to charge. LOL. I feel sorry for anyone that is relying on this app. 😞butcherbird190

We have a plan to implement to fix this, which will result in a much more efficient way of routing. It crashed on me after leaving the review of the station.
Map is very slow and doesn't update itself. Those huge icons on the map cover too much area and hard to see them because some are transparent. Pictures of stations are faked and confusing.Neoloseven
