  • Pictures will not import

While I have used OI share in the past with no issues, it currently will not import my photos to phone.
  • Sudden failure

My camera suddenly stopped connecting with my iPad and my iMac. I cannot find a way to fix it and I cannot find help. It used to work.
  • Olympus TG4

Easy to use taking pictures , even to transfer photos to my phone
  • Unable to connect to my PEN -F

The old version of this app worked just fine, but this version will not allow my iPhone connect to my PEN-F. I just get a notification that says “Failed to communicate with the camera.”
  • Terrible design, terrible implementation

Would be good if there was anywhere near, maybe even 1%, of the thought that went in to the camera to this app.

I’m ready to look for another camera just because this app is so bad.
  • Why no firmware updates?

The app used to do firmware updates but no longer. The desktop OMWorkspace app doesn’t work for updating firmware on Mac chip computers (yet) so I have no way to update my camera. Really unbelievable.
  • Much better than the app for Nikon

It does not randomly disconnect like the annoying Nikon app
  • Doesn’t work without the old app

Whatever you do don’t delete the old app! This new one doesn’t recognize my new photos. I shoot with the TG6.
  • Too complicated!

There must be a better way to make the process of importing pictures less complicated than it is now. Look at what other camera manufacturers are doing.
  • App needs an overhaul

The prior Olympus Share App was superior. I just completed a vacation with 438 photos that it has taken me over eight attempts to download (app crashes, says it cannot find camera, etc.) in the middle of downloading.

Once pictures are downloaded to the phone or iPad, however, they don’t show up in your photos. You have to DOWNLOAD them all again in order to “share” to your phone’s photo album. Thus starts the initial process to have the app crash while downloading.

This is absurd on numerous Ievels and extremely frustrating.
