Does not work properly
Ever since I was forced to use this updated version of the app the Wi-Fi will not connect to the camera or any other device I have tried to use. Without being able to transfer the photos to the app the camera is useless. I have tried multiple devices & reinstalled it several times. Great for editing
I use this tool a lot because my pictures look crooked, this allows me to straighten and crop my photos both from my Olympus camera and pictures I have taken with my phone, I also don’t need a special application to sign my photos before printing.fishmonger267
New app won’t connect to devices
We updated to this new app for our camera but it won’t connect to any of our devices so we can download the new pictures. Apples doesn’t have card readers and no Microsoft app to connect to the computer. Now how do I use it?Brrbelle
Can’t import photos, so what’s the point?
Y’all put a new name on the app, but it’s still broken. Imports get stuck, remote is so unreliable I don’t bother anymore, what is the point of this app?
The app will use my location data in the background even when I’m not using the app? But that’s not disclosed in the privacy section.

No support for RAW
This app would be substantially more useful if it supported importing RAW files to bring in to Lightroom.ornt0
Remote control doesn’t work
After some trouble I was able to get the camera connected and could see the pictures on the card. But in trying to get the remote to work a small screen popped up momentarily and disappeared. Cascable, a third party app, is able to operate remote control, showing that the camera connection is working.Show lessstewartlogie
Unusable
Just like others have said, this app refuses to connect my phone to my camera. Never had connection issues with the previous app. Quite frustrated it's not working properly, as I don't have another easy option to transfer images between devices.numer0un0
New app doesn’t work
I get the error message that the app can’t connect to the camera’s (TG-5) Wi-Fi. Never a problem with the old app. Why fix something that wasn’t broke!!!Jimbo845
OM SHARE APP DOES NOT WORK
I will not consider upgrading to a new OM camera until they fix their broken app which should be simple, right? It used to work very well some time ago under the Olympus name, and that was always something I could brag about to my friends who were using the other brands with their iffy apps. My Oly cameras still work well, but not the app. I always found the app to be very useful. It has been an issue for a while now so I’m beginning to wonder if the OM folks even care…Show lessSck67
