  • Terrible app

    This app does not stay connected. Every day you have to unplug the soundbar to reset. We have gotten to the point where don’t even use it. I feel like we were ripped off as we added this for the convenience and now it’s everything but that. I talk to a rep in February and he promised there was an update coming in the next 30 to 60 days and here we are almost 4 1/2 months later and nothing. The last update was 8 months ago. We are spending thousands on this stuff and I feel Ike I went to Value City.

  • Great concept poor execution and no support

    We have had our system for over a year and a half and it’s amazing when it works. Problem is love sac is not a software company and has not decided to become one. The last update was May 2023 and they still don’t have the iPhone blue tooth connectivity issue resolved. Now I am having blue tooth connectivity issues with my center channel and sub and the only option is to uninstall the system and start from scratch again. Man I wish they could make this work, it’s such a great idea, but it has taken our sactional, which we loved and spoke about constantly, and left us only speaking about the negative experience with the stealth tech. If you have a sactional and an iPhone save your money, love your sactional and don’t ruin it with stealth tech.

  • App is pure garbage.

    The app is terrible. It doesn’t have a good amount of presets. It doesn’t take your adjustments. Sometimes I get no sound out of the center speaker with the volume all the way up. Other times no sound out of the back. The troubleshooting is terrible. I switch over to Bluetooth and nothing happens. The app says some UUID no supported??? It comes with a controller that only controls bass and treble. For the amount of money this system costs the features shouldn’t be this minuscule.

  • Doesn’t work

    I literally have to troubleshoot the app and the sound bar every single day. I have to unplug the sound bar for 10 seconds, then plug it back in just for the stealth tech app to work for me to be able to make adjustments to my sounds and then the very next day I have to do the same thing every single day it disconnects from my iPhone and my wife’s iPhone so anytime we want to try to show somebody how to work it or show him what it can actually do it does not work, and even when you try to reconnect, it doesn’t work not sure what the purpose of having an app like this is for if it doesn’t work!!

  • Awful

    StealthTech is great, the app is horrendous. The hardware will not stay connected to the app unless I unplug the center channel and then search and reconnect it every single time I want to use it. Unacceptable. Do the developers not use their own app?

    Edit: I’m happy to report that the developers are aware of the issues and have solved them in an update that is in beta testing right now. My StealthTech is working again! If you are having issues be patient, a fix is on the way.

  • never works

    See title, I have actually been able to use the app maybe 5% of the time I open it up. Why even bother. I rarely even try and use it anymore because it’s never connected. And is impossible to get connected, you end up just wasting your time. And if you want to upgrade firmware it requires you to use their USB (never received one), download it then insert it into the channel. What if you have the channel installed to the wall?

  • Stealth Tech is amazing and elevates an already existing lovesac product

    Been a big fan of lovesac for year and an owner of their product! The stealth tech sound system elevates this product to an even higher level. This really defines what living area should be and takes watching movies, binging my favorite shows and entertaining guests with music playing through the couch to a different level!

  • Issues

    The software needs to be updated, the app loses connection to the soundbar all the time. I then have to unplug the system and plug it back in for it to reconnect.

    For spending so much money on a couch with stealthtech, I should have zero to very minimal issues. Also, the way to update the software on the soundbar is ridiculous. You have to download the software update to a computer, then plug a very specific Lovesac adapter to the soundbar and update it that way. Software updates should be done over the air.

  • DONT LOSE YOUR REMOTE

    The system is great, sounds good, however when the system needs an update, it’s similar to updating something from the early 2000’s, you have to transfer files via a USB stick and then THE ONLY way to begin the update process is with the original remote, if you lose it you CANNOT update your system and it’s $50 to replace the remote. So $10k on a couch that can’t be upgraded through modern technological advances.

  • Easy to use!

    The app has been great to use to switch between different modes and to create our own. Thanks Lovesac for such a smart system. We love our Stealthtech for watching movies and listening to music.
