  • Incredible!

    My sactional with stealthtech is amazing! The fact that the speakers can tune based on the fabric is incredible. Highly recommend Lovesac products including stealthtech!
  • Connection issue

    I love the idea and tech behind the system. The issue I have and is a major one, is that every time I connect to the system by the app it seem I need to unplug the sound bar wait then plug back in. It then see it and I’m able to connect. I close app watch something then try to open app again to change setting and see the setting I need to once again. Unplug wait and re-plug back in then search. This is a pain and they need to fix it.

  • Always disconnects need to unplug and Re plug in to reconnect

    This app is terrible for a variety of reasons that I would be able to deal with but the fact that the system daily disconnects feom the app and the only way to reconnect is to unplug the entire system makes it basically useless as an app and a sound system
  • Great product BAD app

    Everything from customer service to quality of material and sound has been fantastic with Lovesac. The app however is garbage. We have dozens of Bluetooth devices in our home and none of them lose connectivity like this app does. It handicaps the entire experience. Trying to use remote that comes with the system is like learning a second language (think T9 for remote controls😶)

  • Awful worst app

    Just like everyone says. So many problems. I already updated the firmware and on my iPhone it says it’s NOT updated. But on my iPad it says the firmware is updated. Sects problem is the app no longer connects to the iPhone to the lovesac system. I have to reboot it to connect the app. All around not good. Wish I could give a star rating if less than a half

  • Meh

    Great sound quality. Outside of that it’s extremely frustrating. Can’t seem to get the update to work AT ALL no matter what way I try. Connection issues abound daily with any given moment of use. Those two issues render it a simple 2 star.
  • Great product BAD app

  • Worst app ever

    The app got disconnected and there is nothing I can do to reconnect. Deleted and reloaded several times. Plus the sound only works on half my channels. On many only comes out of the side speakers. You have to wait forever to get tech support. I seriously regret buying this product. I would give it zero stars if I could

  • Great when it works, but good luck with that.

    Great when it works, which isn’t often enough. I’ve had to reset the entire system and uninstall/reinstall the app numerous times. They need to seriously work on this app. Troubleshooting is beyond frustrating.
  • TROUBLESHOOTING HELP FIX

    My couch stayed connected for months then randomly disconnected. To reconnect just delete the app then unplug the soundbar from the wall for 30seconds, plug back in and go through connection steps once app is redownloaded. It worked perfect. Kind of annoying to have the bugs but I’m glad it was an easy quick fix. Hopefully will help someone else !
